Absolutely loved this location! Our family enjoyed our stay in peace and in a convenient location. Amenities were on point and we had no issues at all during our stay! We were greeted with a fridge of water and seltzer water with a much needed washer/dryer. Hot water was a plus for us as everywhere else we stayed on the island was luke warm. Comfy beds and a lot of space. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a great stay at this condo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was excellent, and the space looked exactly like the listing. During our stay, there was a metro wide water outage that affected the area. While this was completely outside of the host’s control, he was incredibly responsive, communicative, and proactive throughout the entire situation. He kept us updated regularly, worked hard to get information as soon as it became available, and genuinely cared about making sure we were as comfortable as possible. What impressed me most was how professionally and thoughtfully he handled an unexpected situation. Not only was he transparent and attentive, but he also went above and beyond afterward as a gesture of goodwill, which was greatly appreciated. Things don't always go perfectly when traveling, but having a host who truly cares about their guests makes all the difference!!!!! I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for your hospitality and for making the best of a difficult situation!

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, communication with the host was excellent. The condo is close to a grocery store and a great pastry/food place just down the street. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood where you could go for a walk without any worries. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the queen bed. It was way too soft, even for someone that likes a soft bed.

Wonderful San Juan Retreat
