Make sure when put in address that it MUST say San Juan otherwise you end up in a very dangerous neighborhood. Property clean, our room shower hot water is broke but nice area

Not only does it have a beautiful view of the ocean but it's in a prime spot where you could walk to or take very short Uber/Lyft rides to nearby restaurants and bars. My favorite thing was to borrow the beach chair and towels from the room, and walk to Playita de Condado, which took no more than 10mins, and that beach is beautiful.

Absolutely amazing! I had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous waterfront apartment. From the moment I inquired, Nadia was quick to respond and made the entire booking process seamless and effortless. Her communication was warm, professional, and so reassuring—it really set the tone for the perfect stay.The apartment itself was stunning—and with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel magical. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, yet surrounded by so much to do—restaurants, shops, and beautiful paths along the water.I also felt completely safe and cared for with the 24-hour concierge always available and attentive. Beautiful location. We saw manatees and sea turtles from the balcony! Very clean, well appointed. Kids had their side and I had mine. Pizza place and sushi place just down the street that are excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

sunny and comfortable stay

this was a spacious, 2-room studio very close to viejo san juan and the beach. the beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Great place for a family or a snoring couple

We had an amazing time! Nadia was great and help with anything we needed. The rooms were larger than expected and there was tons of room. You don’t have access to the large pool area of the Hilton but the building pool and the Escambron beach which was about a 5 minute walk were great! Very easy/quick access to everything in Old San Juan

It was okay

Unit was nice and clean. The property seemed outdated and slightly depressing. The scent from the plug ins was overwhelming for people with allergies and asthma even after we unplugged them all. Good location to Old San Juan and Escambron beach.

STOP! THIS is THE ONE!

Nadia is the perfect host. Responsive & ready to answer all questions. Now the property; location is perfect for walking everywhere-OSJ, Miramar, shopping ect. The space is perfect for two couples or a family. Spacious and Very clean. Two self contained units with privacy doors and a full kitchen. The pool area is large with loungers and umbrellas felt like it was our own private pool. Short stroll to the beach. Honestly it was awesome. Watched the sea turtles and manatees from the balcony every morning! very clean

Moved to the island in January of 2019 from Miami, Florida and decided to stay. Puerto Rico definitely stole my heart. It's a great place to have fun, indulge in nature, food, history and it's beautiful culture.

24/7 security on site, safe and quiet area. The building has a generator in case power shuts off. Spectacular views and the location is superb.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unit is in a central location where you won't need a car to do fun things, restaurants and bars are at your footsteps. Uber pick ups available close to the building. Starbucks nearby and so much more. The view from the room is gorgeous, peaceful, yet lively with views of the beach, kayakers, T-Mobile District Convention Center and sightings of manatees have been caught from the outside balcony.
