The property was exactly as shown. Only complaints are that you only got one towel per person, the water pressure is horrible for showers, and the noise above you is horrible! Noise machines do not block out that noise! Location was great. You could walk to King Street and even down to the French Quarter. I would stay again, but definitely on second floor.

The place was wonderful for our group. Only things we needed were more paper towels, toilet paper etc which we were able to get. Host is very responsive and even provided suggestions for close by stores etc!

Great location, comfy beds, nice outside hangout area, parking is tight but thankful for it. You can hear the people upstairs so that was rough if they are a loud crew.

We came for a family birthday trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and accessible. The location was perfect and we really appreciated the parking passes for the additional vehicle we were traveling with. The host gave lots of information about places to go/places to eat. Cons: the water pressure was pretty low in the showers and sinks and two of the sinks were really too small to be functional.

This property worked so well for us, and especially my husband who is W/C bound. The location was very good and walkable to restaurants and other locations. As other reviewers have pointed out, parking is tight. We were in a Pilot and had no issues. We are already planning to return to this location in a few months.

The villa was the perfect accommodation for our family celebration. Great location, plenty of room and really enjoyed the spacious outdoor patio that allowed us all to gather and relax outside after a long day of excursions. Would highly recommend!

Nice home in great location

We stayed for 5 days for family vacation at Christmas time. Enjoyed the home and felt safe to walk in the neighborhood and found it to be very convenient to points of interest.

Overall, very happy with our stay. Fast response times from hosts/property manager. Parking was easy, home was clean, rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to upper king and lots of food and coffee options close by. I would recommend and stay again.

Top Spot Downtown

This townhouse is close to everything. Easy access to King Street, close to all major restaurants, bars and shopping. Ample sleeping space with a great living room/community area. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
