• Parking: Private driveway for 2 vehicles + 1 additional space in parking lot behind the house.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.
Getting Around:
• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops
• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions
• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown
Other Things to Note:
• No parties or events.
• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Stairs required – Suites B & C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.
• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.
• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.
• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
