Ideal for families, wedding groups, and friends traveling together, the home consists of 3 private suites — A, B, and C — which are not connected internally. Your group will have access to the entire property and all outdoor spaces. The three-suite layout works well for groups who want to stay together while still having their own defined spaces.

Guest Access:

• Guests have access to the entire property - all 3 Suites - and private use of all outdoor spaces.



• The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: Private driveway + 1 reserved space in shared parking lot behind the house.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs required – Suites B & C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
