**Daniel and I wanted to inform you of a new construction project that has recently started on the lot adjacent to our home. The construction will be active Monday-Friday and possibly on Saturday's. The starting time during the week is possibly as early as 7:00am.
During the different stages of construction, you may or may not be able to hear noise from inside the home. We want to be very transparent with our guests. We have been successfully hosting guests for nearly nine years. Being a host has become my full time job and I take it very seriously. Daniel and I will continue to go above and beyond to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.

This area is full of endless restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of King Street making it the perfect spot to retreat to while exploring all of Charleston. We are less than a 5 minute walk to King Street.

The formal dining room and large kitchen provide lovely spaces for families to gather and entertain.
