-Welcome to our home, "The Cape San Blas Retreat" on the Forgotten Coast.

-Our newer, modern home is direct beach-front. It's clean, bright and airy with a "beachy-vibe". Located in a private neighborhood, with expansive white sandy beach to enjoy.

-Large 7 bedroom retreat with elevator, private pool, direct beachfront location with unobstructed views and perpetual serene ambiance.

-Enjoy the unobstructed-beachfront views and vibe from multiple decks and grouped outdoor dining and seating. (Yoga anyone?).

-7 large luxurious bedrooms, many with amazing views and gorgeous bathrooms: 6 full baths and 2 half baths.

-7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths in all: SLEEPING 18, comfortably in beds. (PACK N PLAY and CRIB also on site, if needed).

-(5 standalone king beds and 2 stand alone queen beds and 1 set of Queen upper/lower bunk beds).

-4 bedrooms on SECOND floor (1 king and 1 queen are beach-front with patios)

-3 bedrooms on FOURTH floor (includes 1 huge beach-front king and patio)

-Kitchen and living room and Laundry on THIRD FLOOR.

-Standalone 1/2 bath on kitchen-living room floor and another

-Standalone 1/2 bath at interior pool entrance-ground floor level that also serves the pool.

-All bedrooms have own bathroom suites except:

**the 2nd floor rear queen bedroom shares a full bath with the 2nd floor rear king bedroom.

**the 4th floor rear king bedroom has the queen bunks in an adjoining room and they share a full bath.

-For refreshing sleep, bedrooms have room-darkening curtains, memory foam mattresses, and really comfortable bedding and pillows.

-Large well equipped and stocked kitchen with multiple dishwashers and refrigerators and a dining area that seats up to 20. High chair available on site too.

-Luxurious and modern bathrooms with soap/bathing supplies provided..

-Multiple popular indoor board and card games and Corn-hole on site.

-Music from the BOSE blue-tooth speaker.

Excellent Property for a Big Group

Such an amazing property. Extremely clean with enough room for 12 people in our group.Kay who manages the property was such a great host and communicated in a timely manner.The views are stunning, the pool and hot tub were an excellent add on. I suggest staying in this location with a big group.

Family Vacation Success!

Our family of 9 stayed at the house for Memorial Day weekend/week and it was perfect! The description of everything was accurate and the house came with all of the essentials needed for beaching, sleeping and cooking
we loved our stay! This was our first trip to the Cape and we loved the quiet area, house’s proximity to the beach, and the decks for watching the sunset each evening. The host was very responsive and solved two issues we had easily and quickly. All in all
I give this house a 5 star review and our whole family felt the same!

Absolutely Perfect!

This house fit our huge family so well, we had the most amazing getaway! It had absolutely everything we could have needed and even things we didn’t know we’d need! The thought put into all the amenities in the house were so appreciated and this is by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. We will absolutely be back!

Cape San Blas 2024

We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 kids, their spouses, and 10 Grandchildren!! The house and grounds accommodated all of us with a very fulfilling stay. The hot tub was a big hit with the teens and adults. The children (and Moms) loved the location and design of the pool. Can’t beat the oceanfront view and sunsets! We will return next summer!

Recharged getaway

Everything about this house was lovely for a large group of multi age families. We loved the location on the beach and took advantage of the multiple decks and sitting areas. The labeled cabinets and drawers in the kitchen was a great feature! Be prepared to drive a good 20 minutes to get into town. Great alternative to touristy crowded areas. Only wish it were dog friendly!

Magical memories

A great getaway for Thanksgiving

Beautiful house on the beach! My family and I loved the bedrooms, large balconies, and modern restrooms. Everything was very well-stocked in the kitchen
Plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Two dishwashers were handy for our large group during Thanksgiving. The property manager was very helpful with our questions about the elevator, and they sent someone out quickly when the heater to the pool wouldn’t come on. We would 100% stay here again and 100% recommend it to others.

Best week ever!

This was the perfect rental for my family of 7 adults and 6 children. The house was immaculate, the amenities were great: snacks and treats for the kids, coffee provided, sample bottles of skin cream, ping pong table that host made sure was fixed after we contacted him, plenty of clean towels, indoor and outdoor games for the kids, and a wonderful pool and hot tub. We love the location- not touristy at all, easy to drive to places, friendly families in the other rentals. The host got back to me immediately on any questions and made sure we had exactly what we needed to thoroughly enjoy our spring break. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Kay!

Loved the quiet!

Our family loved the quiet of the area, even if we are a bit of a loud bunch. Kay, the property manager was so helpful and accomodating. The house was stocked with everything we needed! Right down the road from the state park boat ramp, only $11 a day to launch there. The driveway was large enough for 5 pick-up trucks and 2 boat trailers, with plenty of space to clean the boats while staying in the shade! The pool was the perfect end to every day and helped cool down our sunburned backs from scalloping all day. A perfect porch for sunset watching and at night it's dark enough to see the milky way. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

Multigenerational vacation

Our families included 7 adults and 6 kids and ranged from age 73-8. We found the house thoroughly clean and ready for our stay. Kay has included many little welcoming touches from toilet paper to spices and coffee pods to make it all easier. With all the beach erosion happening worldwide, we are fortunate that owners like Kay are enabling us to experience oceanfront beauty. If I could rate communication above a 5, I would. We’ve used realty companies before and have not always been satisfied with their problem solving. Kay has been outstanding throughout booking and during our stay!

Great property and management

Our large family stayed for a week and did not want to leave. The house is beautiful and accommodated us perfectly. It is right on the beach. The online pics of the boardwalk makes it look longer and farther than it is from the house to the sand. The kitchen is well appointed with TWO dishwashers and is open to the dining and living areas which is where we spent our time during rain showers. Because of all the windows and doors on the beachside, you can see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living area and bedrooms! The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are very nice. Some of the showers have rain head faucets. We found that if you want to shower without washing your hair, the shower in the hallway bathroom on the second floor has a wall shower head. The property manager/owner was very easy to work with and was always quick to respond. It was a really nice vacation! Thank you Kay!

3 Generation Vacation

We took our adult children and their children (ages 1, 2, 2, 4,and 8) for our first trip to CSB. We vacationed right after hurricane Helene so the ocean wasn’t calm and emerald colored. Some of the stairs to beach had been washed away but we used the neighbors stairs. The house was beautiful & had all the amenities listed but the 2 baby gates didn’t fit so we propped them. We used vacation prep squad to rent a second crib and San flea beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We normally vacation on 30A but since we’re stuck with the school schedule, it is just too crowded there. We enjoyed the peacefulness and lack of crowds. We sampled local fare and used the seafood market for low country boil and seasoned and steamed shrimp. If I had a negative it would be that the home wasn’t as clean as I’m used to. There was sand in one closet and one bathroom but would definitely rent again. Overall score: 9 out of 10

Loved it

This home is incredible and lives up to the pictures. Very clean and is set up perfectly for large groups. The owners really have the space well thought out and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and appliance you should need and having the two fridges and two dishwashers came in handy but the game changer was the standalone icemaker. Usually we need lots of ice for frozen drinks and such and this was really convenient. We found the beds to be comfortable and the bathroom and showers were like staying in a luxury hotel room. We had one minor issue with one of the water heaters which the owner addressed promptly, I was really impressed with how quickly they handled it. This was our first time visiting Cape San Blas and we really fell in love with the area. I love that bonfires are allowed on the beach here which is pretty rare in Florida and that the beach is not crowded. This home is in a great location, not too busy but still close enough that my kids could ride their bikes to the ice cream shop down the road. There’s also a small convenience store nearby for some grocery necessities. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, it was awesome !

-INITIAL SUPPLIES: are in place so that you can arrive and settle on in your first day. Including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shower gel ‱shampoo + conditioner, laundry pods , dishwashing soap + new pad, dishwasher pods, trash bags. PLEASE expect to replenish supplies for yourself at local store.

-We do provide bed linen, bath towels, hair dryers, ironing board and electric iron.
