Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Parking:

Pink Sands offers gravel/driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please be sure to park only in designated areas and follow any onsite parking rules.

Located in Indian Pass, Pink Sands places guests in one of the most naturally beautiful and peaceful areas along Florida's Forgotten Coast. This stretch of shoreline is loved for its quiet beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and “Old Florida” character, making it a favorite for guests who want to slow down and enjoy the coast without the crowds. Indian Pass offers a more secluded beach experience while still being close enough to Port St. Joe for dining, shopping, and local conveniences.

The area is especially popular for fishing, shelling, boating, and nature-based adventures. Guests can spend their days exploring the shoreline, enjoying local seafood, or discovering nearby coastal attractions that make this part of the Panhandle so special. With wide beaches, laid-back charm, and access to some of the area's most scenic coastal spots, Indian Pass offers the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

​​​​​​​Trash service is scheduled on Saturdays and Mondays during the summer season. If an additional pickup is needed outside of the regular schedule, we can arrange an emergency trash pickup for an additional $25 fee.

Other details to note:

Please note that the triple bunk beds are only suitable for guests 6 years of age or younger and/or under 60 pounds. For safety reasons, these beds are not suitable for older children or adults.

Elevator Notice & Safety Policy: While there is an elevator on site, it is not available for guest use. For guest safety, the elevator is strictly off limits and may not be accessed, operated, or tampered with during the stay. Guests must use the stairs for access. Any unauthorized use or attempted use of the elevator that results in damage, service calls, or safety concerns may result in significant charges. We appreciate your understanding as guest safety is our top priority.

Take note: GPS may take you one road too far. The correct turn is just before mailbox 1510, not the road immediately after the right turn GPS may suggest.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
