Spacious home with plenty of room for the whole family. Only 0.5 miles to Muskegon Lake and 2 miles to Lake Michigan

Home features a fully stocked kitchen, living rooms on both levels with large couches & smart TVs, a pool table, and a full laundry room!

Well-furnished home, perfect for a family stay

We stayed with lots of family for our daughter's graduation from Grand Valley State University. The house is so well stocked with everything you need to cook — inside and out. There are also lots of games and activites that will make your stay feel like home. Highly recommended!

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

I stayed here with a group of women for my bachelorette weekend, and this place was amazing! We had trouble getting in the house, but the owners were quick to help us get inside. The place was clean, spacious, and great to host a group gathering. I would definitely rent this property again!

We came into town for a wedding. The house was perfect! Everything was perfect, the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was clean and neat. I even think it would be a cute house for my daughter someday. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Five stars without a doubt!

Great for the Dunes

The location is great for driving to Silver Lake Dunes. The space was great for our family of 9. The property itself was in good condition with modern decor. The livingroom sofa could be refreshed/updated, but we found the space comfotable overall. Although there was one small hiccup with AC that was quickly remedied, we were happy to have rented the house.

Fun family winter getaway!

We had a great winter getaway in Muskegon and loved this house as our base to explore the area! The property was in a good location and near to sites and restaurants we wanted to visit. Highly recommend nearby Dockside Donuts and Lombardo’s Sicilian Pizza. The USS Silversides Museum was a five minute drive and the Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Park was an easy 20 minute drive.

The house is in a great location near The Deck restaurant and the marina. The inside of the house was laid out very nicely and was clean. The sleeping and bathroom accommodations were excellent. We felt that the neighborhood was a bit rundown and the outside yard could use some landscaping and some weed and ant removal. Overall we had a great experience.

Family Reunion Fun 6 adults 3 kids-Plenty of Room

We were a little nervous as we've always rented from a different premier host in Muskegon but we needed 3 bathrooms so we tried a new host and were not disappointed. The property is conveniently located in Lakeside on a pretty quiet street. The house was VERY clean and the beds very comfortable. Dennis was very attentive and answered emails quickly. As a former premier host (we had a beach from home in Florida) I was very pleased to see the full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all 3 of the bathrooms, coffee filters and coffee in the kitchen, and enough laundry and dishwasher pods for our stay. It was so nice not to have to go purchase those items. The garage parking was a plus and made for very easy unloading. The door opener only worked sporadically but a new battery will likely fix that and would have been addressed if we had reported it as attentive as the host was. Another thing that may seem trivial were the paper products. We all appreciated the higher quality and the generous number of rolls in each bathroom. This property is a great value for the cost and location. The only thing we thought that needed attention was the living room furniture is breaking down and isn't comfortable for seniors - the kids didn't seem to mind it. The binder with all the house details is very thorough and most helpful. Loved how easy the smart TV's were to use. If you are on the fence, book, this property owner cares about his property and your experience!

Excellence

Our overall stay was perfect ! No complaints about anything, the house was beautiful and was so cozy/clean. The location of the house was perfect to go to the beach and go downtown to shop. There was plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably and do activities around the house. We will 100% book this house again and we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a house !
