One block from the beach, beautiful beach colonial home in Lavallette (Silver Beach). Located on a quiet street just one block from the beach, with a very easy and quick walk. It offers 4 bed bedrooms and 2 full baths + an outdoor shower, comfortably sleeps 10.

Outside you will find a deck for the perfect outdoor entertainment, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill and an outdoor shower. This a great home for family entertainment with a living room area and a very convenient kitchen. This home features central air, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. It offers of off-street parking for multiple cars. TVs are smart and have cable services. It is also one block from the bay which has a very nice private playground for the kids and pickleball court. It is conveniently located to convenience stores, mini golf, private pickleball courts, basketball as well as many highly rated restaurants in the area. Brand new furniture, beds and mattresses. Please note that is a no-smoking property and the homeowners have an outdoor security camera. Sorry we don’t allow pets.

The house was perfect for our week at the shore. The bedrooms were spacious, great new appliances, a wonderful outside shower. Walking distance to the beach, stores, mini golf and ice cream. Frank and Claudia are wonderful hosts, always available during the planning and when we were at the house. I would definitely book again!

Our family had an excellent experience staying in Silver Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals, and the outdoor space was meticulously maintained, creating a welcoming environment to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from both the beach and the bay. What truly made the experience exceptional was Frank's hospitality. From the moment we booked until move-in, he was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful with every question and request. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a smooth stay were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future.

House was great, very neat and clean and perfect for our family. It was a very easy process with no issues at all and the house came stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The location was excellent, convenient to the beach, bay and restaurants.

Perfect for Family Vacation

A great family spot one block from the beach! A nice little park for the young ones to play on after the beach. Frank and Claudia were very accommodating and excellent communicators. Already thinking about booking again next summer!

Lavalette vs Silver Beach

Very nice clean, comfortable well stocked house 1 block from the beach. All very positive. Only comment is to understand the difference between Silver Beach , Normandy beach and city of Lavelette WRT beach tags

Silver Beach

We love the Silver Beach neighborhood of Lavallette. The house was located a block from the beach & a block to the bay, and everything was as described. The A/C worked great, and the outdoor shower was brand new. The house was very clean at check in, and the host, Frank, was easy to communicate with. He even purchased a cooler for us to use. We loved this home and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Family Stay

This vrbo was a pleasure from the check in to check out! Frank was so easy to deal with and very quick to respond to any little question we had. The house was immaculate and well supplied. The kitchen had spices, oils, cleaning products and paper products!. Each room had a fan, which is a bonus. The A/C worked great and that's saying a lot when the children are constantly going in and out. The location could not be more perfect, 1 block to the bay and 1 block to the beach. The bay beach is perfect for the little ones and offers a great playground. Silver beach is a family oriented location with mini golf , small beach shops and of course a WAWA. lol. We have created wonderful memories from this trip. Thank you Frank & Claudia!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Great outdoor space with a top-of-the-line grill and an outdoor shower. Ceiling fans and the A/C kept the bedrooms very cool. The house is laid out in a way that even with seven adults, we didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood and beach are absolutely beautiful. Silver beach is only two blocks away and feels like a private beach. Not crowded with day trippers. The beach amenities were provided by the owner and included chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart.The location is great. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Frank is a great host and is very attentive and responsive. We left an important document behind at check out and Frank made sure we got it back quickly. Great house, great beach, great hosts! We look forward to coming back!
