Stylish and funky, "The Way" is conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

The host was incredibly fast to respond to any messages. There were no issues, but when I asked questions, he was very quick to answer. It was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the highway and shopping and restaurants. The dining room table was perfect for hanging out and playing games at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. When a small need arose, the owner took care of it for us as soon as possible. The kids loved the fun beds, and having lots of toys available, and we adults enjoyed the comfortable beds!

Close to the ballpark, which was our reason for the stay. The area was convenient to main streets and easy to find. The house was comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Accommodations

Clean, convenient and easy. Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. I would most definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem!

The cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. Even the towels were folded perfectly. Location looks like it may be loud but we had no issues. Decor inside is top notch 10/10. Beds comfy and kids loved the kids room and Xbox. Would absolutely stay here again

This is a darling house. It's cozy, clean, and packed with fun games to play. It has everything a person could want or need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the whole house is fabulously decorated. The check in and check out process was easy.

Great stay in Springdale

Beautifully decorated and well-furnished home with plenty of toys and games for kids. Had everything we needed and more. Very cozy. Food truck pavilion just across the street for plenty of food options. Located on a street corner, so the traffic noise can be a little intrusive for some, but didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice home to stay in, lots of room. The beds are comfortable and the kids room was awesome, no need to bring toys or books. With the property being close to a busy road I was worried about how noisy it would be but I heard nothing. It was a great stay.

Great Place

Our family has spent a LOT of time at VRBOs, and this house was, BY FAR, the cleanest, most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. It’s right on the corner of a busy intersection and there is no privacy fence, so the outside isn’t very private or usable.

Small Class Retreat

Perfect spot for our group. Kitchen well stocked for simple food prep. Close location to Food truck park was perfect for us. The host was prompt in replies to us. The property was just as we had expected from the VRBO photos.

It has easy access to I-49 and is within minutes of Fayetteville. There are several locations within walking distance, including The Boardwalk (food truck court), Dollar General, a convenience store, Pandora's Bottle and Marco’s Pizza restaurant. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit while providing a perfect place to stay for an unforgettable vacation or a productive work trip. We have a guidebook that will help you locate the many things that NWA has to offer once you arrive.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, we hope you will feel at home in our vacation rental featuring a large living room with three sofas and 65” Smart HDTV. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all rooms. Our fully equipped kitchen and laundry room will allow you the comforts of home.
