The space
Home Highlights

This stylish, family-friendly home is all about comfort. Park your car in the driveway and step into a welcoming space that’s ideal for both relaxation and gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary needs, with cabinets offering plenty of storage for groceries.

Outdoor Comfort

Step outside to the covered patio, where you can relax in two cushioned chairs or stretch out on the three-seat sofa. Whether you want to grill up something on the gas BBQ or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire pit, the fully fenced backyard is a peaceful spot to unwind.

Bedroom

The master suite is a cozy hideaway, complete with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub—perfect for soaking after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, amirror, iron, luggage stand, extra blanket and a walking closet. , while Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed, bassinet, mirror, and luggage stand for your convenience. Bedroom 3 features a full-size bed and a Roku smart TV, giving you a private spot for entertainment and relaxation.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, backyard, and garage for parking. The house is fully stocked with essentials—towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner in the baths and basic kitchen supplies. Our smart TVs are ready for streaming your favorite shows—just log into your account and enjoy a night in!
Other things to note
For families with little ones, the house is equipped with a baby swing in garage and a bassinet in Bedroom 2. We also have board games in bedroom 3.

Best rental ever.

This was our third stay in Arkansas. We bike as often as we can and this was a perfect location to the razorback trails. In fact a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The house felt like home with everything that we needed. Can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Great home to gather and visit

This was a really nice house. Everything was beautiful and we greatly enjoyed our time. Our only complaint was that there was no hot water available for showers/dishes/washing hands. As we were in and out visiting family in the area, we didn't call the host to address the issue. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Spring Break with Granddaughter

Our Kids live in the area but we needed a place to stay close to them. The property and neighborhood was perfect for our needs. It was very well kept and clean. It carried all the basic needs PLUS More! Beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to food, shopping and entertainment. The property manager communicated well with us.
