Welcome home to your own guesthouse with private entrance and pool access through double french doors. Sleep well on the high end cali king bed with luxurious linens/pillows. Enjoy the 55" smart tv from the cozy living room or your bed. Dine in the naturally lit space for 2. Dedicated desk space for work. Equipped with a kitchenette stocked with all necessities including air fryer, convection oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Large bathroom with walk in shower.

Welcome through your private entrance you will be greeted with a freshly remodeled 483 sq ft spacious studio space. You have comfy living room seating to enjoy the 55" smart tv. California King bed to rest. Kitchen dining space for 2. Kitchenette for basic needs. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Large double size closet. French door leading out to the backyard/pool area.

***We preserve a family/child friendly environment, please respect the house rules as we enforce them strictly to avoid cancelation during your stay thanks.

There is a security camera over the front entrance recording audio and video 24/7.

This is a self check-in property on lockbox.

This is for a completely private guesthouse with separate entrance which is attached to the main house. The backyard spaces are the only shared spaces.

Exactly as advertised, which is no small feat. Cleanest place I have ever stayed. Comfortable neighborhood. If I am back in the area I will definitely try to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and would certainly book again! Everything was incredibly clean. Loved all the little touches too, popcorn, coffee, fully stocked kitchen. French doors out to a sunny spot with seating. Great communication with the host.

Exceptional stay

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful private home away from home in Glendale for a wedding. This private cozy apartment was more then we expected. Both hosts were very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and they provided so many cute extras that made our stay very pleasant. The pool was just perfect for their 100 degree weather and it was close to everything that we had planned. Definitely will be looking into future stays!!

Perfect for two.

My husband and I were in AZ to visit family. It was a spur of the moment thing, and there wasn't a lot available. This place turned out to be a gem. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. The location was convenient and.we fouund everything we needed nearby. There was plenty of space to suit our purpose, a.good shower, and a bonus desk. It turned out great and we would stay again if it is just the two of us. I forgot to mention communication was A. Every time we contacted them, we got.an immediate response. Toto suot our purpose, and needed nearby.

Great place to stay-close to lots of local places

The only thing I feel was not disclosed is how close the owners actually live to the property. I was told they lived next door which I guess they do but it’s literally the same house just a separate entrance. We were thinking it was 2 separate houses. Other than that we were happy with everything including the communication and Cleanliness.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything one would need as well as some added extras. The bed was super comfy. We're used to staying in hotels this was our first time staying at someones house and I loved how the the bathroom had full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/lotion. I brought all my own but it was nice that it was there to use. The kitchen had everthing you'd need and more! We definitely enjoyed our stay and if ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitated to stay here again. Great price too!

Could have been great...

The property seemed very clean and I appreciate the left over spices, coffe and condiments. It is newly renovated. Back yard is very nice. Bed is EXTREMELY stiff. I like a firm bed, however my limbs would go numb from the pressure points of this bed.Coffee machine was disgustingly dirty, with a reusable k-pod, that maybe never was rinsed before.Now to the reason I personally had a bad experience; i arrived very last Monday evening 11pm, the next day the toilet would not flush, i messaged the host, but did not recieve a response... i messaged him agian on Wednesday and he replied i will get a plumber out ASAP. I arrived Thursday evening to a horrible smell, toilet paper, feces and sewage in the base of the shower. I messaged the host again, he sadi plumber is on his way... its now Thursday evening and i am leaving Friday morning. I had to use a local Gym to shower as the entire bathroom was un usable my entire stay. When I spoke with host about a possible resolve, discount/refund or anything. I was completely ignored, never even a "sorry" for the inconvenience. I reached out to VRBO customer support and in the end was refunded 20 bucks... i was also charged an "extra guest fee" i was the only one staying here... i would not recommend at all, not becuase the property but because the host. Worst housing renting experience ive had in my 15 years of traveling for work.

Issues regarding blockages were addressed promptly, Yes there was a blockage in the sewer lines due to someone flushing wipes down the toilet. His review reflects the fact he wanted a full refund for staying in our unit but VRBO only refunding him an amount they deemed fair due to the minor inconvenience. There have been no further issues with the plumbing since. Thank you.
