2/10th’s mile distance to the beach, via the State Park sandy trail. A short beach walk will take you to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar and The Zoo Gallery. Total interior and exterior professional renovation and design just completed – everything is brand new and absolutely beautiful!!

Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, and has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) infamous Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Grayton Pines – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

Please note – beach vendors are not allowed to set up chairs/umbrellas in the State Park. You may want to order the totable chairs/umbrellas through VayK Gear utilizing your Beach Gear credit (you take these back and forth with you).

This house is in a great quiet, convenient location. It is also very clean and decorated very cute. This was my second time staying at this house and would happily stay here again.

House was great for 5 adults and 3 kids. Beach access is great with two different walkable access points and two access points that are more for biking if you are taking a lot of stuff. We were able to lock bikes up each day at the different spots and the beach is always the best part in Grayton. We have been coming for years now and really liked this house!

Amazing stay in Grayton!

Gorgeous home in a perfect location! Really well designed home and a loaded kitchen. Was perfect for our small group of 4 adults and two kids. Added bonus was the Sonos speaker in the family room!!

Grayton Beach is dreamy

This house was perfect in size and location. A short walk to the best beach, located in the shady part of the town across from the woods. Everything about the house was so comfortable and modern. Simple upscale beach life at its best. The outdoor shower was a favorite feature, very spacious! Definitely going back!

Gorgeous beach!

The house is located on the quiet side of Grayton and a short walk through a sandy lane to beautiful beaches that were not as crowded as the main Grayton Beach access point, even during spring break. The house was recently renovated with comfortable furnishings; however, for the high rental fees we paid I expected the kitchen to be better equipped - lacked even the basic cooking supplies (no colander, no measuring cups or spoons, no lids for the larger pots).
