Cet adorable chalet a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© - de haut en bas - en avril 2018. SituĂ© au cƓur de Old Grayton Beach, en Floride - Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du cĂ©lĂšbre Red Bar et Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons du golfe du Mexique. Allez pĂȘcher dans la rue dans l'un des seuls lacs d'eau salĂ©e de Floride. En bas est complet avec une cuisine complĂšte et une salle familiale avec demi-bain. A l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bain privĂ©e. Une chambre contient deux lits superposĂ©s intĂ©grĂ©s, l'autre un lit queen size pour maman et papa. N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  utiliser la douche extĂ©rieure sous les Ă©toiles et les chĂȘnes vivants. Ceci est la maison parfaite pour votre famille, smack dab au milieu de Grayton Beach, en Floride!

Quiet cottage steps away from everything

I love that it’s tucked away yet so close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are chic and nicely sized. We enjoyed the option of dining outside or inside. I look forward to staying there again.

Grayton Cottage

Had a wonderful stay. Property clean and just down the street from a terrific beach. The location was quiet and setback from the street nestled among lovely oak trees. Highly recommend.

Cute cottage. Great stay

This cute cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The house was bright and updated and the rooms were minimal and clean. We quickly felt right at home. The yard was shady and spacious for our 2 and 4 year old to play after the beach in the afternoons. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Updated AND loaded with charm.

This place was perfect! Minutes walk to the beach, to coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails all in Grayton Beach’s secluded and low-key setting. The house is super cozy with an old-world Florida charm yet is perfectly updated
kitchen, bathrooms, heat/air
so nice! Loads of room for vehicles and bikes which is unique when renting in 30A. Allison was a great host - extremely responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

The space is nice and private and an easy stroll to the beach. The cottage is comfy and the photos are really accurate of the space. My only suggestions would be a toaster and some lamps (indirect lighting upstairs). Very minor compared to everything also that is awesome about Allison’s place! I will definitely come back!

Perfect spot for a small family

This was our second summer staying at this wonderful property, and we hope to return again next summer. It is our favorite place to stay in Grayton. The house is clean, perfect location, super comfortable beds, clean updated bathrooms, updated and well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect - quick walk to the beach or to red bar, and great streets for the kids to ride their bikes. The yard is large and offers plenty of space for the kids to play when they need a break for a beach. Too many positives to list, this is truly our happy place and we can’t wait to return! Grayton is just the best❀

Great home in the heart of Grayton Beach.

This is a great property. It fit our family of four (2 adults + 2 kids) perfectly. Very walkable to the beach. Property owner was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. One thing to keep in mind is there are no dressers in the bedrooms or cupboard/ cabinets available for dry goods in the kitchen.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was perfect. Allison was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. The house was fitted with custom upholstery throughout, which was so lovely. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The outdoor space was awesome. It’s a back house, but we felt like we had our own space and felt like we had plenty of privacy. We loved the location. We walked everyday to Hotz for coffee and dined at Red Bar or Chiringo daily. The walk to the beach is easy as can be. Was such a great trip.

Great location!

We loved our stay here! A few things to note is that it’s actually a guest house which didn’t bother us at all, but as the listing doesn’t mention it, it may matter to others. Also, in the summer/crowded season it’s good to know that it backs up to two houses with pools and the neighbors could be very loud at night! I imagine in the off season it’s super quiet and peaceful. It’s a super cute house and our boys loved the bunk room! Location is absolutely perfect - easy walk to beach, Red Bar, great neighborhood for kids to bike around etc. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Great yard for the kids to play. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our time in Grayton beach, the location of the little house was amazing, a block from the beach, restaurants, coffee and shopping! The house is adorable, has a little more wear and tear than pics show and some dust bunnies, but all in all, great! The only thing lacking was a can opener, which we ended up borrowing from vacationers next door. There is very little counter space in bathrooms but tables are provided in the rooms, no TV in bunk room, so just something to keep in mind if your kids love TV like mine do, but shouldn’t, ha! The bed in the master was so very comfy too!!! Alison is very nice!! Great place to consider!

Nice digs for the week

Great place in the middle of Grayton. Clean and just right for our trip-beaching it every day. It is in the backyard of another rental, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Air was ice cold, which helped us sleep well so we could beach it up the next day. Beds were comfortable. No complaints here. Parking wasn’t too bad., since I parked my truck in front of the bigger house on the property. The narrow driveway leading up to it was just a little tight for a full size crew cab. We can see ourselves going back here.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family. The location was great, backyard was stellar, and the layout of the house was perfect for our vacation. It is not too big, but it did not feel too small either because of the outdoor space. Clean and updated on the inside with no problems. The owner was also very quick to respond. Great experience, we are thankful!
