Unfortunately the guest that stayed in the property broke the small couch pictured in the photos. We are in the process of replacing the couch with two small chairs to accommodate more seating but also open up the room a bit to give more space. The photos of the bathroom show that the full and half baths are separate but connected by a sliding pocket door. This allows the master bedroom to have access to a private toilet and sink while also having connected access to the tub/shower.

To clarify for future guests, our property is pet-friendly, but as clearly stated in the listing and house rules, all pets must be disclosed and pre-approved prior to arrival and are subject to a $60 per pet fee. Unfortunately, no pets were disclosed or registered before check-in. Following your stay, our cleaning team documented extensive pet hair on two beds, significant mud throughout the home, and blood-stained towels and linens that could not be restored. As a result, we incurred additional cleaning costs and had to replace multiple bedding items and towels. The additional charge was based on these documented damages and extra cleaning, not simply because a dog was present. Regarding the backyard, it is fenced, but we appreciate your comments and will inspect the areas you mentioned to ensure everything is in good condition. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable home and to apply our policies consistently and fairly to every guest. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
