This beautiful condo was equipped with everything we would require for our stay. In addition the view from our room was spectacular! Thank you so much for a lovely stay on the Big Island!

This property was perfect for what we needed! The host was very responsive when we were checking in. The code was not correct and they quickly answered and gave the correct code. To me that is always a big deal with a rental, is if something was a concern they are there to assist and Amber was. The rooms were clean and the AC and added fans were nice and cold. They had many extra things in the apartment that we could use. The chairs and cooler were very helpful for our trip. We loved the Hilo Coffee that was out front. This saved us a ton of money as we traveled from Florida.

Beautiful location. Very clean. Somewhat spartan accommodations wrt furniture, etc. We were hoping it was better appointed for the money. We paid a similar amount for a vrbo in Kona and it was much nicer inside.

Great accommodation! The park setting was peaceful and enjoyable compared to many with busy streets nearby. Close to most of the Hilo attractions and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay. Nice to slightly feel at home after staying in a hotel for the first bunch of days of our trip by being able to cook, and have private bedrooms. Walked downtown for dinner a few nights and a private parking spot was great for quick drives to all the great sights. Coffee shop in lobby was great. Pool area kind of old and outdated, but water was clean and it was huge and great for the kiddos(and me). Awesome view and really nice location. Would recommend to people who want a change from the standard hotel life while vacationing. Thanks Terry!

Lovely comfortable and well appointed condo with nice lagoon views. Bright and airy, bring eye masks if you want to sleep past sunrise. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, comfortable unit inside and out! Loved looking down on the koi in the water directly below while sitting on any one of the 3 lanais! Close proximity to downtown shopping and farmers markets and fun swimming and snorkeling beaches. Only a 45 minute drive to Volcanos Notional Park. Spent a few different days there with so much to see and hike! Would without a doubt book again!

Beautiful condo in a great spot

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Hilo. It’s in a perfect location for the Hilo farmers market and snorkeling at Richardson’s beach. The a/c was welcome after a day of outdoor activities and the 2 bedroom/2 bath setup was perfect for me and my adult daughter. Everything was super clean and the beds were so comfy.

Pool not open but great otherwise

Great vacation spot with great views of the lagoon. Hopefully the pool and some other issues will be fixed soon. We would definitely return.

We had a great 4-day stay in this beautiful condo, sun-filled with 3 balconies looking onto quiet park land. Comfortable beds, very clean. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms well laid out. Easy access in a high rise building. Laundry room on the floor was a big convenience for us. The galley kitchen is really only big enough to accommodate one cook at a time, but it's very well equipped to make simple meals. We were only a 10 minute drive from most places we wanted to visit in Hilo. Terry, the host, was exceptionally helpful in providing info not just about the condo, but about restaurants and things to do in the area.

Hilo Weekend.

We stayed here for 4 days to attend a baby’s baptism. We also have a friend who lives in this building so we were very familiar with the building and area. The condo was spotless, well appointed and well stocked. Loved it!

Nice Condo

This is a nice condo with a great view of a park. The location is within a short drive of groceries, the ocean, and restaurants. The building itself is a little dated. That doesn’t impact much, as the unit itself has been updated and was pleasant.
