This 1 bd, 1 bth condo is located right in the heart of Hilo with gorgeous views of treetops and sparkling blue waters. The condo was just painted and new laminate flooring was just installed.

Brand new to the market! This condo overlooks Wailoa River State Park and you have breath taking views of the water from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

You will have everything you would need for a short trip or a longer extended stay. This is the perfect home base for your Hawaii island exploration. Comfortably sleeps 3 guests (King bed in bedroom and Queen size sofa bed in living room).

The condo has a flatscreen smart TV and cable in the living room and smart TV with cable in both bedrooms, WiFi, A/C, coin operated washer and dryer on the floor, a communal pool, parking for 1 vehicle, and the building has 24/7 security. Contactless check in.

The condo was nice and on the beautiful park. We are both pretty tall and the sink was really low… not a big deal though. It was a simple, clean and comfortable stay.

Great location to everything

This condo was perfect place for us to visit the highlights of the eastern side of the big island. Condo has a beautiful view of the lagoon and is very quiet. It’s very close to restaurants and a short drive to shops and stores for supplies.

Location, location, location!

Our stay was centered around enjoying Merrie Monarch and all the activities surrounding it, and this property was perfect. Charming, clean and convenient, we were able to take a 10-15 minute walk across the park to the stadium. Everything we needed was accessible vis a short walk or drive

This was a great condo in a great location in Hilo. It was within walking distance to many places, which was so convenient. The hosts were very responsive. I had a small issue with the coffee pot and a new one was delivered the next day. I also need to mention that the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again when I’m back in Hilo.

It's nicer than you think

Condo is lovely and clean. Free parking. Starbucks nearby. Easy access to major roads. Several attractions and restaurants close by. Don't miss Pesto Cafe and Tsunami Museum. Excellent host! Thank you Terry.

High rise Hilo condo

We use condos as mainly places to relax at night and for sleep. This place fit the bill. It was very quiet and the room was great for the two of us. The host had a notebook available that had a lot of good information. We enjoyed the koi and the birds along the path to the parking lot.

Can't beat the location. Nice balcony view. Very clean. Host recommended a lot of good beaches and restaurants. Fun to watch the Muscovy Ducks.
