I stayed here for a week and this studio was fantastic! Everything was incredibly clean and the bathroom was clearly updated. I loved all of the decorations as well. Sergio and family provided a coffee maker and ground coffee/sugar for the mornings, and that was a very nice touch. Thanks guys!

Great location, just a couple blocks from Little Havana's main street with all the restaurants activity. 15min walk to Loan Depot park as well. Easy parking and in and out of the place. Very clean and would highly recommend.

When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Bed wasn't made, trash full, towels wet, etc. Most importantly, the property smelled like cigarette smoke though it was listed as a non-smoking property. The host apologized only on behalf of the cleaning company, and directed us to clean sheets to find rather than helping us to find new accommodations or offering a refund. I contacted Vrbo and the host gave us a 1/2 refund. The host did not respond to my further messages that we would not be staying at this property and that it seemed the smoking policy had been violated. We had to book last minute elsewhere. This was my first ever experience like this with vrbos. I do not recommend staying at any property owned by this host.

Parking hassles and zero assistance from “host”

This IS a studio apartment. That much is true. The neighborhood seemed fairly safe, but tenants in larger apartment buildings on the block occupy every possible parking space on the street, making it imperative that guests in this VRBO cooperate in sharing the four very narrow parking spaces in front of this building; two of which have tall, thorny flowering vines overhanging the driveway, leaving no room to exit the car without getting snagged in the vines. Tiny room had no place for luggage other than the bed or on the floor. Bathroom had no ventilation other than opening a window. There was only one wash cloth in our room. “Host” told us we could look in the storage room in back of the building, which we did, without success. We were wakened in the morning by a knock on the door by one of the other guests, trying to find out who had parked behind three of the cars in our driveway, blocking us all in. One guest would not answer the door when we knocked, so our “Host” (Sergio) told us to call Police & have the offending vehicle towed away. Later that day, we were confronted by the owner of the towed car, who was angry that someone had called police. I would NOT stay here again. There were just too many issues.
