This recently updated home is in a peaceful subdivision perfectly located between Pinehurst Village and Southern Pines. The back deck provides a nice quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee or relax after a round of golf. There is both a ping pong and foosball table in the garage for entertainment. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee! Pet fee differs for # of pets. Standard fee is $150. This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Up to 2 pets allowed. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.
