Close to EVERYTHING you will want

We were blown away by how near this new condo is to everything you could want: beach, food, coffee, shops and the really cool Traverse Commons. Beautifully decorated. We didn't eat in much but it had all we needed.

Stunning condo

My husband and I booked the condo on Bay Street for two nights and we were blown away when we first arrived. The place was sparkling clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed and communication was great. We didn't need anything but if we did, I knew how to reach the folks at True North. The views are beautiful and the balconies were an added bonus. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Enjoyed our stay

This property seems like new(er) construction as it is still clean and tidy. If you are parking 2 cars, check in with property beforehand. While it was allowed and didn’t have any issues, it would have been less stressful to sort it out beforehand. Location is perfect for beach access, about 10 min walk to downtown stores/restaurants.

Trees block the view of the waterfront and photos do not accurately capture. Room was not ready until 5 pm. Limited basics such as toilet paper, tissue paper, etc.

Smooth Sailing.

Communication between the property manager and I, prior to our arrival in Traverse City, was excellent. Once we arrived, I texted him here and there about suggestions for local restaurants and sites. I received prompt, friendly, and informative texts in return. My husband, 17-year-old daughter, and I were very impressed with the fresh condo and the view of Traverse Bay from our two balconies! Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms was nice as well. We washed our clothes in the in-home washer and dried them as well. The kitchen was very large and clean. The location was very easy to get in and out of and so close to town. I was aware of what was asked of us as far as cleaning: strip the beds, hang wet towels, etc. It was funny though, when further instructions were added the day before leaving, such as turning on the dishwasher, putting the sheets in the washer and starting the cycle, and rounding up garbage and taking it down to the dumpster. We didn’t mind, but had to chuckle. The only drawback would be the guest above us who stomped across their floor (our ceiling) continually from about 6 pm to 11:30 pm then again starting at 6 am. What could they have possibly been doing? It sounded like Shrek was up there! Hopefully they were only temporary guests and that doesn’t happen regularly!
