Summary:

This spacious 1,207 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished suite offers spectacular views from your own second floor private balcony. A state of the art kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and all the baking & grilling tools to inspire any guest to test their culinary skills. Other added features include a gas fireplace in the living room and a washer & dryer unit. Sleeps 4 with a King sized bed and one Queen sized bed.



The Space:

This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. Besides relaxing on the beach; the Resort offers an outdoor hot tub, swimming pool with a grill area. The hot tub and pool are open from end of May to mid-October; depending on the weather.



Guest Access:

A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in.   You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.



Getting Around:

Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There is additional parking, across the street and behind Speedway.



Other Things to Note:

Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.
