Récemment rénové. Les nouveaux revêtements de sol, les nouveaux appareils et la douche principale rénovée font de ce premier condominium situé au bord de l’océan le choix idéal pour vos vacances. Perchée sur un promontoire océanique près de la baie d'Hanalei, l'unité # 241 de Pali Ke Kua est une chambre + mezzanine, deux salles de bain, unité située au deuxième étage avec vue panoramique sur l'océan.
La salle familiale et la salle à manger sont lumineuses avec des couleurs tropicales, créant une atmosphère aussi fantasque et insouciante que vos vacances devraient l'être, de grandes fenêtres et une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur une véranda couverte.
La vue depuis la véranda et les terrains avoisinants est vraiment spectaculaire ... couchers de soleil sur le célèbre Bali Hai, les images et les sons d’un ressac qui s’écrase, ainsi que l’océan et le ciel en constante évolution. C’est l’une des meilleures vues de l’île et elle compte parmi les meilleures au monde.

Pali Ke Kua est le seul complexe de condominiums doté de son propre chemin d'accès à la plage. Was a very nice condo in an excellent quiet location. Have private access to a part of Hideaways beach which was very pretty. Easy walk down a little bit of a steep but paved trail about a quarter mile walk to get to the water. They had beach towels boogie boards and a cooler for our use which was super convenient.

This was a nice place to stay. We spent mornings on the balcony watching the Nene, the ocean and the clouds floating by. The condo was nice, and clean. Once the rooms get hot, it is hard to cool them down, but there were only two days that there was a problem. It was a lovely stay.

They had beach chairs and towels for you to use. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment with the exception of a broken wine opener.

Beautiful N shore location! Comfortable beds and the condo lay out was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed. The main bedroom closet had beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels, while the lanai had boogie boards and pool noodles. Both the hot tub and pool were also hits with the kids!

Perfect Princeville Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! We spent 5 perfect nights here. The location was awesome for all of our North Shore adventures. The condo was clean and cozy. Perfect spot to relax after a full day. The views from this property were top notch. Watched one of the best sunsets from the short walk to the cliffs one night. They seriously thought of everything you'll need! The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable and high quality. The beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrella and pool noodles were a great surpise. The AC did a great job and kept the whole condo very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the path to the beach was beautiful. (Although steep, it was pretty easy to navigate due to it being paved.) We would LOVE to come back and visit again! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Stunning views, comfortable and spacious apartment! Would recommend this property without any reservations. Great amenities (washer/dryer, surprise AC units! Well stocked kitchen, beach towels and some beach equipment, etc.). Management is super helpful and check in/out was easy. Would definitely use Kaua’i ReMax and stay here again!

Everything was SO clean. Loved the extras in kitchen cabinet to help us navigate meals through the week. Amazing location, close to everything you want to visit up north. The private access to the beach was impressive. This beach turned out to be our favorite on Kauai.

This condo was located in a beautiful area of Princeville. The property itself gave you access to a pool, a pizza restaurant, manicured grounds and stunning views of the sunset in a private setting. The views from the condo balcony were also beautiful. It was a wonderful place to relax with a drink. The condo, while slightly dated, was clean and equipped with everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were high-quality, the showers had strong water pressure, and the unit had all the beach gear you needed like new beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and an Igloo cooler. Though there was no central air, the AC room units and ceiling fans made a big difference and made the setting comfortable. The property management company was extremely helpful and responsive. They addressed concerns or requests immediately. The condo is located in a great area - close to beaches, golf courses, grocery stores and is a 10 minute drive to the town of Hanalei, that has tons of shops and restaurants.

This property was awesome! It was very clean and was the perfect place to stay after exploring Kauai. The views of the mountains on the North Shore were something to see. I would recommend this property to anyone that would like to stay in Kauai.
