We were thrilled to host Chase at Camp Admore! They were fantastic guests who treated our home with great care and respect. The cabin was left in excellent condition—clean and tidy, just as they found it. Communication was smooth throughout their stay, making the entire process seamless. Unfortunately, our regular cleaning person was called away due to the sudden passing of her mother, which disrupted our usual cleaning schedule. While this is no excuse for the state of the property, we hope you can understand the exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and are taking immediate steps to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future. We have already implemented a more rigorous inspection process to guarantee that all areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and general living spaces, are thoroughly cleaned before our guests' arrival. Your suggestion about having a binder or folder with instructions is excellent, and we will be creating one to help future guests navigate the property more easily. This will include information on trash disposal, where to find towels, and other helpful tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We are glad that the refund of the cleaning fee was helpful, but we understand it does not fully make up for the inconvenience you experienced.
