The Space:

This spacious villa offers a calm, comfortable setting designed for easy group stays and relaxed moments together. Set in prime Rishon LeTsiyon, you’re just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and parks, while still enjoying a quiet, private atmosphere at home.

The home features five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms across three levels, giving everyone their own comfortable space. Soft bedding, natural light, and simple, modern design create a restful environment throughout. The layout works especially well for families or larger groups who want both privacy and connection.

Bathrooms are clean, modern, and easy to use, with a mix of private and shared spaces across the home. Showers are spacious and practical, and a washer and dryer add everyday convenience during your stay. The master bedroom includes its own en-suite for added comfort.

1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



4. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



5. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.
