Graduation

Very nice experience staying here. Attended graduation in Fayetteville for U of A. Quiet setting with all amenities you could need. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Best host ever, cute space, great location

Cyndi is the best host I've ever had while staying at a rental. She went out of her way to make our stay extra special with treats and even Thanksgiving decor, as we stayed over the holiday. She is great at communication, too. The space is warm, inviting, and very clean. I slept well there! it's located in a nice part of town & close to shopping, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Property and Host

Great place! It looks like the host has Magnolia Homes by her side when the interior touches/decor were done! Very nice!!! My family loved it! Very timely responses to my questions and great customer service! We will be staying here again.

Just enough❀

Very clean , cute little abode . Nicely decorated, 2 bedroom, about a 5 min drive to the many things to do in Rogers/Bentonville. We are grateful for the wonderful stay. Not long enough. I may have found my new hide away!

Great location and exceptionally clean !

I have stayed in this vrbo around 3 or more times! I know it’s a great location and I absolutely love the hostess of this home! I know when I get there it’s going to be clean, have all the necessities we need. She has done all the work to make it like home and all we have to do is relax! And the beds are the best! I so appreciate this hostess and the use of this home when we are visiting family! It’s an above 5 stars in my book! ❀

Lovely guest home

My 76 year old mother and I stayed at this tiny home. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on a busy street, but sits back far enough that traffic noise is minimum. The house has a tiny fridge, no freezer for ice. Big fridge and freezer in attached garage. Great location to explore Bentonville, Rogers and surrounding areas.

Perfection

This was my 2nd time staying at this lovely 2 bedroom! Everything we could have wanted. Close to all the amenities needed. Quiet neighborhood. Nice two bedroom! I melted away in the bed! I love you have a garage to park car in . And a little sitting area outside to sit and take in the beauty and the birds! Definitely will be back! ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀

Perfect

Perfect in every way. Host, communicate, extra considerations, location, location, location. Super cute. Even more so in person. Cyndi has a ton of extras which makes it feel more like a home. It will be our first choice for staying in the Rogers area every time we come back. Even a good consideration for Corporate housing. Super safe area. Quiet, and a beautiful yard to enjoy and stretch out in. Thank you so much!!

The perfect fit

First Cyndi’s communication is warm, friendly and very prompt. She was helpful and accommodating with all we needed for our stay in her guest house. Having a garage to park in is amazing. And with washer, and dryer for laundry as well as a large refrigerator/freezer in the garage we easily could have stayed here a month if we needed too. Everything is light, bright, very clean and up to date. We could see all the thought and special touches Cyndi has put into this wonder space. Comfy and Cozy sitting area with soft throw pillows and blankets. Cyndi even put NFL game pass app on the TV so my husband could sign in to watch play off games. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with new appliances, plenty of cook ware, dishes, and everything needed to clean up. The king size beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom is immaculate and stocked with towels, and tissue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully stay here again on future visits.

Hosting guests is a true joy for me. NWA continues to be an ever-changing and progressing little, big town. It's a pleasure to share our home and city with my guests!

This property sits in an area surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods that do not allow short term rentals. It is hard to find a place to rent short term in this specific area. It is extremely centrally located and right on the Razorback Greenway, just up from the Bellview Rd. Sidepath trailhead.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sits on an acre of land, big garage to park a car/bikes in, also has another home that can be rented to accommodate larger family or group gatherings (summer 2023), and newly remodeled from top to bottom!
