The space

With its thoughtfully chosen amenities spread throughout this stunning property, this contemporary and executive getaway will amaze you. The entire apartment is covered in stylish wooden floors. In order to create a modern open concept design space, the luxury living area combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. With good lighting and distinct aesthetic and style.

This amazing unit can accommodate up to 5 guests. We have two bedrooms, king and queen beds and the other guest may sleep on the couch.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms, each with cozy beds that are ideal for a relaxing night's sleep. The bedrooms are outfitted with everything you need in addition to the hotel-like comfort. The beds are King-Size and Queen-Size, with Pillows, Linens, and Sheets. A large closet and TV.

LIVING ROOM: It is perfect for unwinding and taking pleasure in the company of friends and family while watching a great film or television program. With nice comfy sofas and pillows, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and stunning art deco.

DINING AND KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen area, which has a variety of cooking appliances and roomy countertops. This is the spot for you if you want to take a break from the City's restaurants. In addition, there is a comfortable kitchen island with chairs between the kitchen and the sofa in the living room.

BATHROOMS: We have cozy and clean two full bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and a bathtub and shower. Two full bathrooms: one is an ensuite attached to the primary bedroom and the second attached to the living room perfect for use for the other guests. Every bathroom is fully stocked with all necessary items and toiletries.

House Rules:

Before you reserve our place, kindly read all of the listing's details and house rules. Just for a friendly reminder!

-There are no parties. Any additional overnight guests who have not been pre-coordinated will be charged $100 per night. Any parties will result in a hefty fine and the termination of the guest's stay.

-When leaving the unit, kindly lock all windows and doors.

-No food should be kept in the bedroom

- We ask that you maintain room level noise past 11pm. Loud noise complaints from neighbors will result in a warning and possible fines.

- If you own a pet, kindly make sure to clean up any pet hair and messes, don't leave the pet alone inside or outside the home, don't let the pet destroy anything, and and don't let the pet be noisy/bark.

The pet must be less than 90 lbs. Pet fee is $50/pet for each night.

- No smoking or vaping in the property (which will be a $250 fine per violation to get the smoke out).

-You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
