Excellent location to get around to many hiking trails, good eats and things to do. Had a nice swimming pool to relax at in the afternoons.

The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. We were a family of four visiting Phoenix for the first time and stayed at the property for two weeks. Very nice centralized property, close to many activities. The whole building complex appears dated, but the condo itself looks like it has been upgraded and renovated. Very comfortable and clean.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and all furnishings and appliances are new.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in Master Bedroom with new tiled shower, the second one has a tub/shower and one both are fully enclosed with glass sliding doors.

New tubs, tile, toilets, vanities, lighting, fixtures etc. Same with kitchen. All furnishings are brand new.
Both bedrooms have new king beds and furnishings.

The location offers 1 assigned covered parking spot. If you won't be traveling by car then Uber and Lyft are very active in the area. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
