Beautiful Colorado home located in the heart of Wheat Ridge, central to all things Colorado. Just 15 minutes to Ball Arena, Downtown Denver, the Denver Aquarium, the trendy Highlands and Tennyson Street Shops and Golden. Just 25 minutes to Lookout Mountain, the Denver Zoo and the World Famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Nearest Ski Resort is only 55 miles away. Just a 5-minute walk to Crown Hill Park, with over 200-acres of hiking/bike trails and an award winning wildlife preserve. Around the corner from Lutheran Medical Cntr and 32nd Ave bus line and within walking distance to the hospital.
THE SPACE: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, centrally located home. Each bedroom has a closet/hangers, dresser and luggage rack. There are two Roku smart TVs: one in the living room, one in the master bedroom with all the Roku stations as well as Netflix. Extra blankets and sheets as well as an iron and ironing board can be found in the master bedroom closet. Well equipped kitchen with professional grade cookware and knives, amenities included fully stocked spice rack, salt/pepper, oil, and coffee/tea station. High chair and pack and play available on request.
GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in. Guests will be provided with a unique code to access the front door. Access code will be active for the duration of guest visit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This Colorado home has an evaporative cooling system that cools the entire house during dry and hot days. Evaporative coolers work especially well in dry climates (perfect for Colorado!) but please note they do not cool on cooler/humid days....however, these are generally days when you don't need air conditioning. Each bedroom and the living room have ceiling fans that comfortably cool the rooms as well.

My husband and I have 4 incredible adult children. As a family, we have been blessed to be able to travel near and far and know firsthand how much we have appreciated the gracious hospitality of those who welcomed us into their home. We are very excited to finally reciprocate by being hosts ourselves. We have gone to great lengths to try to think of everything guests might need during their stay.
We've been short term renting this home for over a year and have achieved Super Host status on another hosting site. Providing each guest with an excellent home-away-from home experience is of utmost importance to us.
My professional background is in marketing and events. I have the great pleasure of orchestrating a large scale gala each year to benefit the poor and disenfranchised in our community.
I love to hike, explore the great outdoors, cook, try new restaurants and learn new things. Without a doubt, my favorite pastime is traveling with family! #1 bucket list wish: to travel the world with my family! In the meantime, I'm grateful to be able to experience the world in small pieces.

We bought this charming home with the intent of possibly retiring here one day. The open bright floor plan won us over but it was the large backyard that sealed the deal! Our goal is to create a warm home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests. We've tried to go the extra distance in providing additional amenities beyond the norm, to ensure that your stay is especially comfortable and memorable.

This home is centrally located and is less then a 5-minute walk to Crown Hill Park, that hosts an award-winning animal sanctuary, beautiful lakes and over 200 acres of open space --- ideal for walking, running and cycling.
