This spacious 3-bedroom duplex suite boasts a master bedroom, 2 living rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen for your culinary needs. Carefully curated for your comfort, each room exudes tasteful and thoughtful details. With 1,350 sq ft of space, everyone can spread out. Enjoy an unbeatable location near i-70, granting easy access to Denver Metro and the mountains. Set back from the street, this duplex suite ensures convenience, privacy, and comfort for your Colorado stay.
We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They wonât enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Bedroom 1 - The serene master bedroom is upstairs. It features a plush king-sized bed, nightstands, full length mirror, and a large closet for your belongings. Kick your feet up in the recliner and read a book, the unique accents around the room make this master feel truly tranquil.
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is upstairs. With a queen-sized bed, nightstands, luggage rack, and plenty of space for your belongings, this second bedroom is stylish and inviting. Black out curtains allow for a great nights sleep.
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom is downstairs. It includes a queen sized bed, nightstands, a desk and chair, and a closet.

Youâll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home with two shower/tub combos. They feature bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and all the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that your group may need.
The downstairs bathroom is also the laundry room with a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
ââ KITCHEN & DINING AREA ââ
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen flows into the dining area that features a table large enough to seat 6, its the perfect space for your group to enjoy a meal. The room flows into the stylish lounge, which is complete with a plush sectional, two leather lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a big window letting in a tons of light.
The downstairs living room includes a HUGE comfortable sectional, a 65" Smart TV with streaming and plenty of board games. Plenty of space for your group to lounge and get comfortable. Its the perfect space for a movie night in.
Whether you want to find a new functional space to bring your laptop and WFH, or use this home in between adventures to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The home has a fenced in front and backyard for your use. Just inside the fence, you'll find a patio table and outdoor seating. Play the ladder game, light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO sunshine in the outdoor lounge chairs. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and 2 more vehicles can park on the street. Some patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.
