This is a nice clean home in a great location. The host made it so welcoming for us from the minute we walked in. They were great in communicating and giving clear instructions for check in and check out. This was our first time renting a VRBO and it was such a great experience that we look forward to doing it again.

This beautiful home was perfect! Provided plenty of space, number of beds that I was looking for. Hosts left great instructions for check out along with information to locations of items in house. We will definitely stay here if we visit New Bern again.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Sits on a corner lot with proximity to just about all of New Bern. My wife and I took advantage of the guest passes available to us walking distance at Planet fitness. The house itself came a WiFi, so you can connect phones and even use your subscribed apps to watch whatever you want on TV. Neighborhood felt safe, and friendly enough. Kitchen was adequate enough for our needs. The one minor hiccup I probably overlooked is the beds in two of the rooms are only Full size, the third bedroom is two twins. We were able to make it work but recommend future rentals be aware. Showers were great, laundry was great. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable and great location

Beautiful cozy home within minutes to all your needs and downtown New Bern. Especially liked the coffee/cocoa bar. The hosts really go out of their way to add little touches to make our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will definitely stay here in the future if we return to the area!

Great home close to home

Having lived in New Bern for 38 years our family has grown and outgrown our home. It was wonderful finding a place close to us that some of our grown children and grandchild can stay. Check out was very convenient and they loved the location. Within walking distance to Cookout!! Thank you for a great visit!!

Golf outing

I have rented a lot of VRBO rentals over the years in all different states. This by far was the nicest place I rented. It's was exceptional. The house was immaculate. Location was great and dealing with the owners was a great experience. They were very responsive to my needs. Overall a very delightful experience.

Our Wedding Home Away From Home

My family (bride’s family) stayed in this house for our New Bern wedding. We had a great visit and loved all the personal touches! The best feature is the heat in the hallway bathroom! The house was very clean, safe, and easy to access. It was in a great location for all things New Bern. We loved our trip! Excellent hosts!

I actually did not stay there. Comunication with the host was outstanding. But, an AI computer or human error at VRBO caused an incorrect message to the host saying there were reports of my destructive behavior ? I have a 5 star rating. Bill the host was very understanding about it.I reached out to VRBO, they explained the error (sort of). In the mean time I needed a place and went through a different company. Bill was ready cancel and credit my money back but he was told it could only be done through VRBO. They did email and say there would be a refund, not sure if it will be 100%. Bill the host apologized but it was not on him. I am sure when I return to the area I will rent his beautiful home.
