It's also conveniently located within a half mile from Killington Ski Area and Snowshed Lodge; less than six miles from Thundering Brook Falls Trail and Pico Mountain Ski Resort; within 16 miles of Coolidge State Forest, Calvin Coolidge Historic Site, Paramount Theatre, and Pine Hill Park; and 22 miles from Okemo Mountain Resort.

This lovely mountain condo grants you access to incredible community amenities that will surely make your stay unforgettable! Take a warm dip in the heated outdoor pool or gather around the firepits for some entertaining storytelling. Gas grills have been provided in case you would like to treat your guests to grilled meals. If you are traveling with kiddos, there is a small library with many books and board games for them to use. THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
