Vous ne pouvez pas louer un loft directement depuis le complexe. Donc, si vous ne voulez pas que quelqu'un au-dessus de vous en chaussures de ski fasse du bruit, pensez à réserver un loft, celui-ci ou l'un de mes autres sur VRBO

Deux chambres à coucher deux salles de bain, une chambre avec un lit queen l'autre a un lit king, un grand loft avec un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux et une télévision et beaucoup d'espace pour que les enfants aient leur propre aire de jeux et permettent aux adultes de se détendre dans le salon piÚce. foyer au bois, cuisine complÚte, laveuse et sécheuse. Grande entrée avec de la place pour tout le matériel de ski que nous apportons lorsque nous skions. Nouveaux appareils et rendez-vous de cuisine.

A bit of a hike to the lift but well worth the effort not to have to drive. Shared hot tub/pool and wood stove (with supplied wood) all added to the experience. Own was quick to answer any questions.

Trail Creek Stay

Property was clean with plenty of room and bathrooms. Nice view from back windows and balcony. Swimming pool and hot-tub amenities a huge plus for the kids. Hope to stay again sometime.

good place and nice location. I dont complain but when you find a 32oz dunken donut cup on the nightstand along with receipt on floor and sharp object on bathroom floor you get a little annoyed. The owner was quick to respond and rectify the next day. But the next day I realized there were no towels in master Bath and my daughter did not have a sheet on her bed. I found them in the washer and dryer from prior renter. I get the challenge of turning over a house in a day, but the VRBO fees are outrageous for renter to do their laundry. Maybe have two sets of towels and sheets for when this happens?

Great Location

Great location, perfect for a quick 1-2 night stay for groups of 5, or 2 couples and 3 additional. Kitchen was in ok shape. Carpet has some wear. A bit dated interior. Outdated hosting materials. Spa/pool area access requires a bit of a freezing walk to another building during the winter. Host is quick to respond, but also very direct and curt. Interactions with the host are very unpleasant. She is disrespectful in her tone-- this is a 'take my check' and "next please" for her. There is no effort to build a repeat client relationship. It's clear no one has been on site to give proper attention in quite some time.

Amazing stay! Clean condo and convenient location!

Great ski stay! We are repeat renters, and we will definitely be back! We had an awesome family vacation because the condo is immaculate and so close to the mountain; easy to get to the lift and easy to ski back to the condo. Very clean, great amenities, fully stocked condo, the ease of working with Kim....the list goes on and on. Thank you to Kim for another wonderful stay. We enjoyed the club house as well. Everything you need comes with the condo; feels like home. Thank you Kim; we love the new details in the condo!

2nd Year Here!!

We like the space as it easily accommodates 6 easily. Would fit more if needed. This is our 2nd year in the same condo, and I hope to get it for next year again. We are able to have friends in for an evening of dinner and fun with space enough. We do seem to have issues with the internet--both years now, but that seems to be the only real issue. Thank you.

Awesome stay and fantastic location

We had the best stay at Kim's Trail Creek condo. Working with Kim Dennis, our property host, was fantastic! We will definitely book this condo for our next Killington ski vacation. The condo was immaculate as is the entire the development. The condo had plenty room for our party and was equipped with everything one would need. The location is extremely close to the mountain. We couldn't ask for more!

Staying at the 07

This was a great place for 6 to 8 guest. Wish it was on the ground floor (only because with 6 of us and some of us being over achievers making meals), unloading/loading could have been easier. It is too bad that the trails to the front of the homes were not accessible by car, but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. Plenty of room for a long weekend with friends and family......the only thing I would say is that the carpet in LR could use a good shampoo. Thank you Kim for the use of your VRBO!!

Pros: Conveniently located near slopes & restaurants. Easy to ski home to front door via snowshed lift. Nice view from back yard and 1 minute walk to pool / hottub. Con: Check in was too late (5pm). Clean on surface level, but the unit could use deep clean at end of ski session.

We stayed at Trail Creek condominiums before we love the location. This unit was quite dated and lacked an overall cleanliness. We did appreciate the extra beds set up in the loft. That was wonderful for family.

We loved Trail Creek!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at Kim’s condo. The check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier, the location was fantastic
proximity to the mountain and ski-home trail were awesome and Trail Creek is very close to tons of restaurants. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and even the water pressure in the shower was great. Small details like that made it a great place to come back to after a day of skiing. The pool/hot tub center was close and also clean and the kids had a blast there. We would stay again for sure!

Highly recommend.

Our party was four adults (two couples and my 15 year old son) and we found the size of the unit to be perfect. I'm sure two additional children could fit well but bathroom use would have to be timed. There was one bathroom off of the master bedroom and one in the main hall area and we found this to work well. The water was hot for everyone and pressure was good. Our bath had a warming light that was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed but we did not cook there because there are so many wonderful restaurants to try in the area. Check in was easy, we arrived early but explored until 5pm. It was nice to have a code so we didn't have to worry about keys. It was only a short walk from the parking lot to the unit and carts were available (although a bit dirty in the bottom). We drove and had a non-skier with a van so did not use the shuttle service but we could ski right down to the road by the unit. The clubhouse with the pool and hot tubs (two of them) was spotlessly clean with towels, changing area and showers. The internet, even with the unit service was weak , but we expected that given the mountains. It was certainly as good or better than most ski areas. The Killington community is delightful with friendly locals and plenty to do and see. The mountains are gorgeous and the runs are long with short lift wait times except for Saturday morning (and that was in perfect weather with an event on-going so not unexpected). Overall, a fantastic trip.

Two upper floors make it very quiet. Downstairs units are loud when people are walking around in ski boots above you this will not happen in an upper unit. Only one shared wall in this condo, and it is not a shared wall with the bedrooms. Very quiet location on the property. This unit is NOT on the parking lot it has a very nice location
