You'll love the creaking wood floors, the updated kitchen, and the comfy furniture. Sit on the porch and relax. Take a 2-minute walk to the grocery store to pick up surprisingly fresh vegetables and a good steak to grill on the barbeque. Enjoy the rough hewn beam that defines the kitchen. Relax.

Lovely cabin. It had everything we needed. Not a whole lot of restaurants in town, but Julio's was great for breakfast.

The house was very clean, nicely appointed, and the manager/host was extremely responsive to every request. The living room was very comfortable and afforded a very relaxing spot for conversation.

Perfect Stay Near Burney, McCloud, and Lassen

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and check-in was easy with the door code. It’s conveniently located near Safeway for groceries and was well-stocked with coffee and creamer, which was a nice touch. Perfect base for exploring Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, and Lassen. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was perfect for us and we so enjoyed exploring all of the amazingly sites in the Lassen/ Shasta area. We are a family of three and felt like we had a lot of room to spread out and every amenity we needed! Even though we arrived on a very hot day, the covered porch was nice and cool especially with the misters going and we enjoyed the plastic hatchet set very much. We encountered one tiny issue that we didn’t expect to be resolved, but the owner Becky immediately replied solved it right away!

Such a beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed here with our kids and his sister’s family. It is very family friendly as it has a fenced in yard, high chair, pack n play and even plastic eating wear for the kids. The home is nicely remodeled and very well stocked. We really enjoyed bbqing on the cute back patio and sitting under the cooling misters. It is in the heart of Burney close to a grocery store and only a 13 minute drive from the falls. We would absolutely stay here again. The host Becky is friendly and easy to reach if you need her. We definitely recommend this house! :)

Charming, cozy home

We had a wonderful stay. House has vintage charm with updated decor. I liked the small touches, like charging/extension cords all around the house and extra fans. Air conditioning worked well, I liked that we could control it ourselves. Kitchen had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Becky for a great stay.

Fishing Trip

Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.

Burneys little secret gem!

Burneys secret gem. My kids and i had a fantastic fathers day weekend. Everything is a stones throw away. A great pizza parlor nearby and grocery store across the street. Truly we really didnt need to leave to relax and enjoy ourselves. But with all the nearby fishing holes, this dad easily had caught his limit of trout. My kids and I Absolutely loved this bungalow. We absolutely will return to visit this pleasantly wonderful gem.

What can be said? Everything was immaculate, clean and welcoming. Kids, wife and I were just there for a few days but felt as we could actually live there. The house was/ is so cozy, private and from what we could perceive it catered to families. Board games, puzzles, outdoor games! I mean it had everything for us to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. The communication between the host and myself was great! She was very informative and with lots of attention to us the guest. I would and will without a doubt recommend to stay there.
