Centrally located only minutes away from anywhere you want to be. Missouri State University, Mercy, Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife are within 2 miles.
Downtown Springfield, the Expo Center, Battlefield Mall, Cox Hospital, Drury University, and many restaurants, shopping districts, and groceries are minutes away from your doorstep.
If you are looking to explore, Branson, MO is only 40 minutes away.

This newly remodeled 1950s home has old charm with modern-day conveniences, starting with a smart lock, making self-check-in a breeze.
Feel right at home lounging in the cozy living room in front of a larger picture window, providing plenty of natural light. Or pull the curtains closed for privacy. The backyard is your own private oasis for dining or just taking in the sounds of nature.

Besides the standard appliances we are happy to also offer Hairdryer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and a Fire extinguisher.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire home (no garage access). The smart lock offers ease of mind check in with your personalized code during your stay. For our guest safety we have a Security camera covering the front and back porch.

Note this home is NOT to be used for gatherings, but only used for the total guests listed as staying at the property. This is due to neighbor and city restrictions for short term rentals. Thanks.

For a smaller house it is very spacious. Perfect for a weekend get away. Its location is great easy to get anywhere around town! Definitely will stay there again when visiting Bass Pro!

Terrific Property in a Great Location!

Stayed here for a few days with my husband and son. The house was perfect for us and located in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Reached out to Andrew a couple of times and he was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when in the area.
