We are a smoke free home, inside & outside. Quiet country feel with relaxed back porch seating, yet less than 10 minutes from Springfield, Ozark, Nixa and Rogersville. 35 minutes from Branson. Various attractions: Silver Dollar City, Bass Pro, Wonders Of Wildlife, Nature Center, Multiple Parks, Lamberts, Downtown restaurants and shopping. A master suite with private setting room, attached bathroom and walking closet. A mini suite with attached bathroom and walking closet. A bedroom with adjacent hallway full bathroom. All rooms have a queen adjustable bed and Roku TVs. Living room has a gas fireplace with TV mounted above. Dining room that seats six. Coffee bar and full laundry room. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking necessities. Attached 2 car garage.

Tara showed up just in the time of need. Very sweet spirit. The house was immaculate, fresh and clean and peaceful. I was excited to see the Christmas Tree and decorations with me having to travel for work and bringing my family

Amenities were abundant throughout the home. Kitchen had everything you would need and more to prepare a meal. Host was very gracious and welcoming. The house was immaculate and was even decorated for the Christmas holiday.

This house and landscaping is beautiful! Host was very nice and accommodating. They even left chocolates for us! The cabinets were labeled which made finding everything easy. We really enjoyed the fireplace and watching deer daily. We would have loved to explore the property (which the host encouraged) but it was a bit too chilly. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient while still offering a peaceful, rural feel, complete with a huge yard that was perfect for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and adjustable, which was a nice touch for reading before bed. The home was also very family-friendly, with books and games that we all enjoyed playing together. The host was a fantastic communicator from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The pictures do not show how amazing this property is. The house is clean, super organized, has everything you possibly need and plenty of space to move around! There is garage space if you want/need it. Plenty of driveway space. Every cabinet is labeled so you are not searching for anything. They have prepped this as a home away from home. All the little extra touches was not missed! The host is great with communication. If we could have this host for every VRBO house, it would be perfect!

The house is great and very clean. It was very easy to communicate with property manager. We would definitely book this property again if we are in town. Also it was a very easy drive to Branson and Springfield. I have already recommended this location to friends.

This place is exactly as pictured. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. It is beautiful and very spacious. We ended up with only 3 of us, so 2 rooms weren’t even used. But this place will easily accolade a very large family or a bunch of friend. There are also so many lighting options. Which for me is a huge bonus! You could light the place up or bring it down to warm and cozy in every room. Love that! We also loved having the games and puzzle books. And one other HUGE plus, is the number of towels available. Each bathroom has plenty, along with the kitchen and even extras in the laundry room. So many other things I could list, but you probably need to just experience them for yourself. Tara is an amazing host and has superb communication! We hope to stay again in the future.

This property was fabulous! It’s quiet and peaceful but within 10 minutes of shopping necessities. We had 6 adults and two children and had plenty of room for all. The hosts had everything you needed at your fingertips! They were very accommodating when we asked for a later check out due to flight arrangements. We would definitely consider this property again!

I was very impressed with this house. A lot of places try to stretch the amount of beds they have or the amount of people that can sleep in it. This was a beautiful house, meticulously clean, and nice large bedrooms. Family of 6 with plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms. Not a far distance from Branson, about 30 minutes or so. And very close to Springfield. If I’m back in the area, I’ll look this house up again. Hosts were friendly, very helpful, made everything easy.

Great house

This house was wonderful! Exceptionally clean, beautiful setting, and equipped with tons of amenities. This home was stocked with plenty of extra toilet paper, Kleenex, and paper towels. No need to bring foil or plastic wrap because the kitchen is stocked with those as well.My family and I enjoyed our relaxing stay in this home.

Peaceful living

This home was the perfect size and setting for my family. We all said we were ready to stay here again for our next visit in the area. The hosts have a beautiful home that accommodated everyone from the children (the large yard for them to run) to the adults that sat outside enjoying the beauty and peace of Gods creation. In 2010 this residence was built in place of the dilapidated historical Old Mentor School House, continuing the dream of living near family. We are delighted to share our space and surroundings with you so you can take a break from your daily hustle and bustle and enjoy this peaceful living.

You are surrounded by an open field of 20+ acres of peaceful living with quick access to Springfield and other near by cities. Hopefully you will see deer, turkey & possibly hear owls and coyote packs at night.

It's a perfect location away from city life yet just about 10-15 minutes from different area cities. It's a quiet peaceful area surrounded by wildlife roaming the field. During nice weather you have access to walking the perimeter of 20+ acres and enjoy the quiet.
