3 Bedroom log-sided cabin with large deck facing Woodford Lake with beautiful lake view. High ceiling Great Room with lots of space, private onsite parking, in quiet lakeside community - complete with 4 kayaks and a canoe. Wood stove and outdoor firepit and gas fireplace unit, lots of cupboard space. Beautiful!

The cabin was very cozy and perfect for our family and Hal the Aussie. The host was very pleasant and communicative and getting into the cabin was simple. The lake is a beautiful setting and worth an early morning glimpse of the mist.

Great stay all around! To be there felt like we were home. From the invitation to use everything freely to the sunshiny open space, it was perfect. Bob made it easy to communicate, though we didn’t have much need. It was a wonderful week!The location is lovely - away from the bustle but close enough when we wanted a restaurant or a stroll along Bennington’s streets.Go - you’ll be glad you did!

Great cabin getaway

I spent a quiet relaxing weekend with my brother and father at this awesome cabin. Quaint and charming, with plenty of space and amenities, we barely cared that our hiking plans got rained out as we spent the day relaxing in the cabin, playing cards and listening to the rain fall.

This was a gem!! Home was so comfortable, the owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable!! Loved the well stocked kitchen and all of the Barefoot Contessa cookbooks!! Felt truly at home! Peaceful community. Close to many charming little villages

Nice getaway in Southern VT

Lovely, well equipped cabin with plenty of open space, plenty of room for 6-8 people and a huge deck with pond views..Bob was terrific communicating and was super easy to deal with.

Lovely house

The house is spacious and lovely with a terrific deck overlooking the lake, (partial view). There's a great little general store minutes away, and Bennington with shops and restaurants is 15 minutes.I would suggest a few portable fans in the bedrooms for when it gets stuffy.

Well appointed, clean cabin, very close to Bennington and other locations

Kitchen is up-to-date with all the amenities. Cabin is clean, with nice furniture and comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Bennington. Host was very friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful Cabin

We loved our stay in this gorgeous cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice. The interior is really pretty. The loft was very roomy, and the kitchen was big enough for us to comfortably cook all our meals. My favorite spot was the deck.

Idyllic lakeside mountain cabin

This property was wonderful and perfect for our small gathering of mature college girlfriends. It was lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and more. We were delighted with our surroundings and even considering another visit. The host was excellent, making us feel at home and well-cared for without invading our privacy.
