Lakefront condo, 2 BR/2 Bath, spectacular views, steps to beach, boardwalk and docks right outside your door. Premier Location at Smith Mountain Lake. The Resort includes waterfront dining at Napoli by the Lake, a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot-tub, gym, sauna, steam-room, racquetball court and a great room with a large screen TV. Our outdoor activities are tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts, as well as 2 outdoor pools, (open seasonally). This 70 Acre Waterfront Resort, also has two (2) Beaches, many guest docks, easy rental of all types of personal watercrafts and boats, and of course the best views on Smith Mountain Lake. Additionally, we have Unit 403. (Prop id # 1029769), 3 bedroom condos that are commonly owned, making this a possible Multi-family rental. (Linens and bath towels are included)

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

Great long weekend

Great weekend getaway. The sunrise views were amazing. There was a small beach with easy access to get paddle boards into the water. The lower level patio allowed great access to the docks and lake.

Incredible Location: Fun, Sun, and Amenities!

We loved this stay. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the out door space. Mere steps from the back door and you are on the dock watching a sunset or launching a paddle board or kayak. There are pools, courts, and other amenities to enjoy. We loved the pool a very short walk away from the front door. It is a quieter part of the lake and the wildlife is an added beauty. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds!

Long weekend getaway

Very clean and usable space, super convient. Walked down rented a boat used the docks to load boat up. The owner very responsive. Highly recommend.
