Elegant 5bd / 4ba Villa with pool / Spa near Disney

This beautifully decorated five bedroom four bath pool house villa is nestled in a private community just 19mi from Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the tourist destination in between. It is the perfect escape for reconnecting. A space for family and friends to relax, unwind and have simply have fun.
The space
Upon entry you are greeted by a welcome space with sight lines to the great room. The natural sunlight helps bring life to the open concept floor plan that offer plenty room for everyone comfortably. The kitchen holds stainless steel appliances and cookware for whipping up great meals that can be enjoyed close by in the breakfast nook, center island, or the dining area. There’s also a table on the lanai for those in the mood for alfresco style.

The Great Room is a hub for togetherness. It features an entertainment center with a 55 inch smart television and loads of games for hours of fun. The large sectional and ottoman provides a place for watching movies, playing games or simply relaxing after a long day. There’s a library full of material for all ages. Grab a seat at the reading corner and get lost amongst the pages/let the pages whisk you away.

Through the sliding door is the covered lanai. An outdoor oasis where bathing in the sun is recommended with a nice size pool to help cool off from the Florida heat or let the jets from the hot tub massage your troubles away. On rainy days, the water plays a symphony that can calm the busiest mind.

The fun continues to the dedicated game room. Home to friendly challenges and fun. There you can test your aim on an elegant 8 foot billiards table. Prove your skills on the double hoop basketball shot maker or try your hand on the 4 in 1 air hockey table. Be sure to keep up with your favorite sports team or shows in between rounds on the smart tv.

This home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first room has a lovely queen bed set. There are two rooms, each with two twin beds. A primary and secondary master bedroom. with each providing access to the covered lanai/pool/spa area. The primary ensuite offers double sinks, spacious shower, hot tub, and walk-in closet.

Great location

Me and my buds come to clermont every February to golf. Thus is one of the nicest plved we have stayed. 5 br were perfect for us.

Perfect Getaway

House was perfect, everything you need in one place, Beds comfortable, new comforters not those old hotel comforters like most places and new spa towels and just amazing amenities better then my own house, great location Publix, WaWa and Walmart close by a real nice place to Make for a perfect getaway.

Outstanding Home

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The home is in a very quiet community but close to many stores, restaurants, and the Disney parks. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive to messages and we had no issues checking in or out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area, and we will book again next time we are there.

Great vacation location

Property housed our group of 8 for a week vacation to Florida. We were approximately 45 minutes from Universal Studios, which was our primary destination. The house has great amenities and plenty of towels for the pool which is a nice touch. The area is close to anything you may need such as grocery stores, shops and gas stations. The neighborhood is very quiet and you do not hear any road noise when outside at the pool. Great stay and great property.

Lovely property.

One of the best properties I've stayed at and I have stayed at plenty. Super clean. Neatest down to every detail. Make sure that you bring what you need if you are going to cook. Not so much as salt and pepper. But that is common. I would book this property again.

The house met all my expectations!

The house was very clean . The kitchen had everything we needed it . Great location with a Publix about half mile from the house . Quite neighborhood. Lots of games to entertaining kids and adults. All the questions I had was answered on the matter of the time . I would rent the house again ! Thank you !

Stunning

Absolutely amazing! David your house is beyond amazing. Spacious, immaculate and a home away from home. I have stayed all around the world in air b and b’s, hotels, resorts and i have never stayed in a more clean home. We kept commenting on how comfortable your home was. You have thought of every detail that you could possibly need. My little girls had the best time, we swam all day and i read 2 books!! Thank you so much and we will be back! Amy

Simply amazing!!

The house was PERFECT and David was so quick to respond. House was fully stocked and our group of 10 had ample room. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. We did have the pool heated for our trip, and it was worth it since it was a bit chilly a few days. Kitchen was stocked and we made breakfast every morning. Any question that I had, David answered very quickly. The decor was very lovely and it felt like a true home. We will definitely be back to stay again. Close enough to drive to attractions, but just far enough that it was quiet in the evenings for a late night dip in the pool. We enjoyed the game room and the space. Beds were comfortable and most importantly EVERYTHING was CLEAN!!! Great place to stay for sure!

Nice quiet location

We had a great stay for Spring Break 2025. The kids had enough activities to keep them entertained while mom and dad relaxed. The house has a great layout and would be perfect to share with another family since there are 2 master bedrooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a cute little park. It was super close to Animal Kingdom, but if you plan on going to Universal parks, that is a bit of a drive.We did have a couple issues, the first issue was that pool heat was not included in the price and we never were contacted to see if we wanted to pay for the heat. The host was responsive on the day of our arrival and helped us get it fixed, but when an issue came up our second day, we didn’t hear back from him until our stay was almost complete. The second issue was that both of the king size beds were very uncomfortable. The twin beds were way more comfortable, so we ended up sleeping in separate beds.
