Adossée à une réserve de conservation de la nature et à des bois, cette maison de luxe Orange Tree est située dans un domaine paisible au milieu d'orangers originaux. Il s'agit d'une maison haut de gamme située sur un terrain haut de gamme. La piscine / véranda / spa est orientée plein sud et si le soleil brille (ce qu'il fait presque tous les jours en Floride), la piscine reste ensoleillée toute la journée. La piscine a une clôture de sécurité pour enfants et est entièrement grillagée.

La maison est entièrement équipée avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour vivre facilement. La cuisine ayant cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur avec machine à glaçons. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour votre usage.

La maison est gérée par une société de gestion réputée. Il y a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Toutes les chambres ont une télévision, la grande salle a également une grande télévision avec DVD et magnétoscope et il y a une sélection de DVD et magnétoscope, des livres et des jeux de société pour votre usage, et bien sûr il y a aussi un barbecue pour votre usage privé .

Orange Tree est proche (20 minutes) de Disney World, avec Universal Studios, SeaWorld et de nombreux grands magasins à portée de main. Wal-Mart pour tous vos besoins est à seulement cinq kilomètres. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et terrains de golf à proximité et un magasin de location Harley Davidson local. Cocoa Beach et Cape Canaveral sur la côte est sont à environ une heure de route tandis que Clearwater Bay, Tampa et Saint-Pétersbourg sont à une heure et demie sur la côte ouest.

Wonderful stay. There were 10 members in our party, 3 families and a total of 5 children with one under 2. Celebrating grandmas birthday with a pool staycation. Pool was heated throughout stay and jacuzzi worked well too. Very good having a pool fence. Listing was as described and communcation with owner was very responsive. Great value and would highly recommmed!

Location was great, close enough to Universal and Disney to be drivable (1hr) but far enough to avoid the craziness.Host was responsive to some minor problems that didn’t impact the stay but were fixed immediately.

The house was awesome. Pool was warm and clean and the house was everything we needed while staying. However the cleaning crew didn't do a good job at all. There was puke on the walls around the master bath. Toenails on the carpets in multiple rooms and long hairs everywhere. The walls and doors in high tough areas had dirty hand prints on them. It kind of sucked. They did have them come and spot clean the puke that was splatter on the walls and toilet (which had the paper wrap on it that it was cleaned..haha) and vacuumed but they were pretty rude to us in the process. Sucked that they didn't offer a refund of any sorts except a free night if we come and stay again. Um no thanks. How about my cleaning fees back because clearly that wasn't something we got on our stay. House was great for what we needed but yeah....yuck.

Was clean and beautifully furnished. Great location 30 minutes away from Sea world and Disneyworld. The pool and spa were clean and the kids loved the air hockey & pool table

We really enjoyed our stay. This trip our daughter had a bit of a mishap in the car on the way down and Charles was very understanding and able to even allow us in early to get cleaned up.

Summer vacation

Our family loved your home and enjoyed being near all Orlando has to offer. The home is very well appointed and the kids loved the pool and game room. We really felt at home and everyone had their own room to relax when needed. We can't wait to return for another stay.

Wonderful Stay in Orange Tree

Everything was as advertised. Lots of plates, glasses,utensils, pots and pans. Loads of silverware too!! Pool and spa were perfect.

We’ve had a superb time and none of us wanted to leave - our time has raced by but been unforgettable.
