This centrally located home is the perfect spot for your trip to Beaufort, SC. Located in the Mossy Oaks neighborhood it is in close proximity to the Spanish Moss Trail and Downtown Beaufort. This home has recently been fully remodeled and has brand new upgraded appliances. With an open floor plan, the home feels spacious and inviting. A fully equipped kitchen provides you with all the essentials for cooking meals at home. A half bath is located downstairs while the two master bedrooms are both located upstairs and have ensuite bathrooms and smart TV's. Outdoor accommodations include a covered front porch with seating and a fenced in backyard.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

The house was identical to the listing. Very updated, clean, very comfortable, great beds, great bathrooms, I can't say enough about this property. The neighborhood is really quaint and friendly. Lots of privacy. It is next door to a school so renters should be aware that there are children that play in the playground. But other than that it's very quiet and peaceful.

We loved this house! Extremely clean and in great location, it is located at the end of street with just one house beside it. Very safe and pretty neighborhood. Everything is updated and new inside, outside is so pretty. My one and only complaint is the beds could be more comfortable. Check in extremely easy. We would definitely book this house again.

Great Location!!

This house was fantastic. Open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO locations and I would return to this spot. Great for family coming down for USMC graduation.

Two Week Stay

Home is located in a quite safe neighborhood, the last house on a dead end street. Furnishings are of high quality. Kitchen has every utensil needed. Appliances and washer/drier are newer and easy to use. With the home being two stories, there are steps and both showers are bath/shower combinations requiring one to step over a side to enter. A consideration with mobility issues.Highly recommended property, no reservations!

Very cute and cozy house

Loved it. Simple check in. House was lovely. Very clean. Stocked with everything you need. Card games to play with the family. Loved sitting on the porch at night. I definitely recommend staying there.

Nice cottage on very pretty street in Mossy Oaks

We really enjoyed our 2-week stay in this cottage at the end Broad Street (right behind Mossy Oaks Elementary school, so it was easy to walk our granddaughter to school there the nights she stayed with us). The house is beautiful, felt very clean, and had great appliances and cookware. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfortable with hood showers/tubs. The TVs Roku worked to mirror our phones, but couldn’t get the Roku guest account to work. Communication with management company was not consistent, but it was around Thanksgiving! We definitely will want to stay here again.

My stay here

This was a great place to stay for my son graduation for the Marines. Location was very close to the base and all. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting or attending a military ceremony. The grill was very useful for the first night as well for the rest of our stay.

AMAZING

The property was exactly as described. The house was so beautiful, so so clean! This place is probably my favorite place that we have stayed. Everything was just so perfect! Was less than 10 minutes from parris island where my son graduated marine bootcamp. Thank you!

Bootcamp graduation

Stayed for three nights for my son’s graduation from bootcamp. Was a short and very easy drive to Parris Island. Close to food and shopping locations. Very cute and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Exactly as described. If I ever have to come back to this area I would Absolutly rent this house again.

annual Beaufort vacay

This was the nicest house we've rented on our yearly trip to beautiful Beaufort. Took several walks to and down the trail which is paved and lovely. Evenings we sat on the front porch and chatted. Had some family over one night when we cooked fresh shrimp. Kitchen was great. Each bedroom was an en suite. And had TVs. SUPER clean and just well appointed. There were all kinds of spices for cooking which we made use of. Everything worked. It was just something we could take for granted and not even think about anything having to do with the house. Just really nice. Nice neighborhood. Nothing at all to complain about.
