Modern, single-family home in the heart of Bucktown. Our custom 5 bedroom home is at the intersection of luxury and comfort! You`ll find plenty of living space for your group to spread out in, and amenities like sleeps 12, new appliances, and high-end finishes throughout.

I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests!

- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide a coffee maker and keurig
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Method brand hand soap and dish soap. You name it, we provide it to make you feel at home!
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Guests are given keypad codes for the main entrance and garage door. Feel free to check in whenever convenient for you and your group.

I`m free to chat via text or call if anything pops up. Otherwise enjoy your stay and I`ll check in periodically via the platform.

We would love our home to be the perfect getaway for families looking for a true Chicago experience! We are surrounded by so many activities, restaurants, bars, public transportation, and energy, however our home is perfectly situated on a quiet block, away from all of the hustle and bustle!
