About this space
NEW HOME/NEWLY FURNISHED! This 5 br home / 6beds is centrally located to Chicago's best areas; Wicker Park, Logan Square. Bucktown. We are minutes from the best restaurants and bars and walking distance from North Branch Chicago River, which is great for kayaking during the summers! A walk to the Blue Line is 10 minutes and both airports are only 20min from the home. Ths home offers spacious gathering rooms, bedrooms, and a laundry room on the second level plus a 2 car garage and free street parking.

The space
My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This single family home is situated on a residential street with planty of free street parking for your convenience. With comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!.

In addition I provide the following amenities to all my guests!
- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a
hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter,
tea kettle, and toaster
- Keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo,
conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand
soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards,
baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

- Luggage racks and hangers
Guest access
Guest will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on all doors) and guests will check with no assistance or in person interaction.
Other things to note

Our home is meant for people that are traveling for
business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all of our inquiries contact us with details about their trip
as want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.

Location was great. Quick uber to most Chicago attractions. Lots of space. Safe neighborhood. Host was very accommodating. Minus one star for linens. Two thin towels were placed on each bed. No extra towels or blankets. One single dish towel in kitchen.

Spectacular house and host!

A group of friends and I just stayed here this past weekend for the cubs and Red Sox series and the house was perfect for what we needed! Very clean, spacious and not too far from popular areas like wrigleyville, the west loop and many others. Masooma was an exceptional host and very responsive! Would strongly recommend her place for anyone visiting Chicago!

Overall the house is fine but we ran into several issues during our stay. In the bedroom that has the two queen beds the overhead fan did not work. The sink garbage disposal made a banging noise. The upstairs is not part of the central air system. There are two window units, one in the hall and one in a bathroom. They provided several fans and it was acceptable. The ice dispenser did not work in the refrigerator. The host was very response to text messages.

Great Property Missing Appreciated Details

Beds are comfortable but there are no extra blankets for people that get cold. Curtains do not cover the windows fully - in the double bed bedroom the closet door had to be left open to cover the window. The cleaners left hair and dust in the beds. Fantastic closet space with only three old hangers. The dishwasher had no provided soap and the soap door was missing. There was one kitchen towel for a high end kitchen. There were no large bowls for salad or mixing bowls and spoons to mix. There was a 1/3 and a 1/2 measuring cup the rest were missing. The pots and pans were camping quality whilst the fridge and stove and counter were very expensive. The coffee pot made two and half mugs of coffee at one time. A blender would have been nice to have. There were no serving dishes or platters. The back deck was nice but there was no furniture. The bathrooms were top of the line but there were no towel racks and the bath towels were wash your car quality. The front steps are greatly in need of repair and are a hazard of splinters due to the aged and cracking wood. Lastly the washing machine is filled with mildew that permeates the whole upstairs- its door needs to be left open and the machine properly cleaned - the smell is overwhelming sulphate.

Go Cubs Go

While my beloved Cubbies dropped two out of three vs SF, the property was a home run. The location was close to everything (it still is Chicago traffic). The property was very clean and nicely updated. The owner was great at always staying in communications with me. A great property to stay at!

MUST STAY

This place is stunning perfection. It is so spacious and was the perfect spot for our group to gather. No one in our group of 14 had any complaints. The bed I was in was insanely comfy too. Location made it easy/quick to get into the city. Would stay again. Thanks, Masooma!

Plenty of space for multi family fun

This home accommodated 2 families with 3 teens who were in a competition nearby in Avondale. It was so nice to be in a home with comfortable beds and lots of space to chill and play games vs being cramped in a hotel! Our kids could hang out in the basement or join the adults for games a the large dining table. Everything was as pictured- nice open plan main floor and appliances Ll worked. The home was in walking distance to a nice coffee shop and other restaurants. Had a great time and definitely recommend this home for friends or families. We had two vehicles parked in the garage during our stay. Loved having this option!! Thanks Masooma for being attentive to all the details!

Great house...great location!

The house was very nice. It had a wonderful kitchen-living area for gathering. The location and neighborhood were perfect for our needs. We walked the area several times, finding great food and breweries. It was close enough to downtown as well.

Great location, big house, Needs cleaning

Location is great, size of the house is great with queen beds in all room and even one with a King bed. Basement was very cold, ( it’s winter) so that bedroom was not used but wasn’t needed anyways. The house needs a really good cleaning especially the kitchen especially the cabinets. Also coffee maker is tiny, doesn’t make sense considering the size of the house. Ironing board had no cover just metal frame, kitchen was not stocked properly for the size of the house. Loved the fact there was a garage but our truck didn’t fit. Overall the house is big with lots of room in a good location but the details need to be addressed.

Great place for families

We stayed here with 3 families total. There was enough space to hang out, and also find quiet space. Great location - walkable restaurants and easy Uber to downtown. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home

I invited 5 guest to join me in Chicago for a birthday trip. This home is perfectly located between MDW and ORD. We had no trouble getting to our activities, great restaurants, downtown, or quick stores (Target, CVS, etc). The layout of the home is perfect with rooms and bathrooms on each level. The homeowner is also a wonderful communicator, great at responding. We had no trouble getting a hold of them prior to the trip or during the trip. Highly recommend!

Spacious home for groups

A group of friends gathered here for a wedding weekend. We absolutely loved how large the living spaces were and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This was the perfect home base for a large group. Challenges were the limited number of towels and lack of bath mats. Bathroom floors were super slippery after showers, and could be dangerous. The host communicated well in advance of our arrival but didn’t provide checkout instructions. Overall we’d stay again.

Comfortable, New House - easily handled our group

We were in Chicago for a yarn crawl and in between yarn shopping, enjoying Chicago attractions and eating out we were at the house knitting, etc. All of us found the open main floor plan perfect for our larger group of adults with the main living room able to accommodate all of us. The house location made It was easy to get rides to and from our destinations. Plus there was an Aldi's and Target within just a short walk from the house. Also, the house was very clean and we found the decor pleasing . All in, a comfortable VRBO experience.
