The place was nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The backyard and pool was nice. Spent a lot of time out front under the carport, plenty of chairs to sit and relax.

The property was exactly as described and seen online. Very clean.So easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Location amazing. Very quiet except for the train that runs regularly. The host did not communicate well. I had to initiate the message about entry and then there were no directions on exiting. I texted her about the exiting and heard no response.There was no booklet which typically we have found in other places we have stayed that gives us procedure for checking out and also then gives ideas of things to do, where to go restaurants, etc.

The fenced in yard was not in good condition. As somone traveling with pets having a fenced in yard in good repair is a must.

Property was clean and well stocked. Space was comfortable and cozy both indoor and outdoor space.

Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Jensen Beach is a great residential area. Would visit again. Would stay at this property again.

3 adults, 3-week stay. Great house! Very clean! Spacious, well-supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. TVs. Sunroom and outdoor seating areas. Linens/Towels/Washer/Dryer . . . everything we needed! Perfect location for walking to all things in downtown Jensen. Very responsive hosts; immediately resolved a maintenance request. FYI, per host, the house is awaiting a new roof but repairs have been made to ensure no leaks (tarp as extra protection until roof completed). House interior & ceilings all in good condition. Nice improvements … kitchen, baths, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Family trip

We had a great time! Every morning all 6 of us went on a walk to the intercoastal and it was just so wonderful! Such cute little shops and places to enjoy. Plus we even saw a giant Xmas tree on our walk and the train! Our kids loved it. The house was also great. The kids really enjoyed their shared room.

Our stay was great. The interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The exterior was in very bad shape. Looks nothing like the pictures. The roof has a tarp on it and a lot of junk in the yard. It really needs to be cleaned up.

Relaxing

Nice clean home and beautifully decorated! Quiet neighborhood. Close to town and beaches. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Kitchen was functional and fully equipped with just about anything you would need. Would definitely stay there again. And its dog friendly so that was perfect for us and our little dog!

It was wonderful. My husband and I loved this property. Everything was great. Like home away from home. Location is fantastic everything right close the the downtown. We can’t wait to return. The host was absolutely wonderful and fast to return to us. You will not be disappointed.

Convenient to downtown. Lack of communication for check in procedure. Very few towels and they were small and stained. Shower water trickled in the master bath. Only 3 small drinking glasses. Minimum amenities that were advertised such as spices (no salt or pepper), dryer didn’t work. Trouble with keypad locking the door. Roof had tarps covering it and a grocery cart was in the front yard.

Great weekend getaway

The property was as advertised and accurate photos. Perfect size for a quick girls weekend getaway! The swimming pool is small, but it was such a nice feature to have after a long day at the beach! Very quiet and safe residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and Publix. The outdoor covered seating area was also a nice feature to sit in the evenings. The owner was also very quick to respond for any questions we had. Great time and would recommend!

Great

Used as a home base for visiting family on Hutchinson Island and Hobe Sound. Was also looking for a location within walking distance to restaurants in downtown Jensen (Crawdaddys). This was perfect. The house was great and had nice outdoor spots to relax. It was just my son and I. But this would be perfect for a larger family.

Great location

Seriously close to the beach! And downtown. Cute house but wasn’t very clean. We didn’t use the swimming pool because it smelled like some animal died outside. Dishes were dirty and our feet were black from the floor. I never received the check in instructions so we were stuck outside for a few minutes until the host responded. Had to ask for WiFi as well. Still was a cute house with lots of room and plenty of beds and a TV in every room.

When I thought an additional family member may join us, I notified host and was immediately charged more. Although I was very willing to pay that, when this member did not stay I requested a refund. Host unwilling to return money for person who didn’t stay, thus overcharged.

Garden not welcoming…

The house (inside) was comfortable even if for a longer stay, a dishwasher would be great..We would have appreciated a small note with the wifi password when we arrived but we sent an e-mail to our hostess and she answered right away.. On the other hand ,we were very disappointed by the garden..It needs a good refreshing:pick up some litter, dirty cushions for patio furniture,broken gate on the floor, swimming pool in need of cleaning ..so for all those reasons, we didn’t stay outside .. It is a nice location with great weather so the garden if well kept could add something really pleasant..
