Welcome to the Stuart Splash! We hope you enjoy our newly updated, coastal pool home near downtown Stuart FL; complete with a private heated POOL, BBQ GRILL, KAYAK and large backyard!

The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.

Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use.

ENSUITE BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, &           vanity).
-There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at           home office!

FRONT BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser and Full Sized Closet.

POOL BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-55” Smart TV
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser and Full Sized Closet
-This bedroom overlooks the pool & patio area. (walks out to the back           yard/pool)

SOFA BED:
-The sectional couch in the living room converts into a full sized bed
-A new memory foam topped sofa bed mattress w/ fitted sofa bed           sheets

PACK N' PLAY CRIB:
- Available for those guests traveling with babies.

-The Front Bedroom & Pool Bedroom share a large recently updated full bath (shower, toilet, sink/storage) which is handicap friendly.
-All of the mattresses are made up with soft, high quality micro fiber sheets and a light weight blanket with optional comforter.

KITCHEN:
The house has a fully equipped Kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances. All you need to cook at home will be at your fingertips.

Don’t forget to check out the DRINK BAR with coffee, tea, wine and mixed drink amenities including a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN DRINKS MACHINE for your personal use while you are staying at the home!!

DINING & LIVING ROOM:
Both the Dining & Living areas seat 6-8 people comfortably, with a few extra stools available at the kitchen island for overflow. The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house).

The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have!

We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport.

This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. If you have additional requests please inquire within and we will do our best to accommodate them if we are able (additional fees may apply). Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance take place at the house year round which require personal access to the yard for approximately :30-60 minutes at a time. If you have scheduled activities in the yard which will interfere with this please advise us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.

*Please note that the pool is uncovered and unfenced. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated. The Pool is cleaned weekly (every Tuesday & Friday) however in-between cleanings; it is the guests responsibility to skim out any debris (daily) in the pool with the provided pool net.

Overview of House Rules:
- Max overnight guests = 8 (Max Daily occupancy 12)
- No Smoking/Drugs anywhere on property (this includes vaping and marijuana use)
- No Parties/Events (quiet hours from 9pm-7am must be observed in respect of our neighbors)
- No Overnight Street Parking (the driveway should provide ample parking space & use of the garage is negotiable with prior request)
- Minimum age renter is 21 years old
All children under the age of 18 shall have adult supervision at all times while using the pool
Normally one Pet is allowed per booking. Pets must be pre approved & may require additional Pet & Cleaning Fees & a signed Pet Agreement form. Please inquire within for more information about pets and/or to request a pre approval or the ability to bring more than one pet per booking.

The home is ideally located in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood east of Dixie highway (U.S. Hwy 1). It is an easy drive; ~less than 10 minutes!~ to both the heart of downtown Stuart & over the causeway to the sandy beaches of Hutchinson Island! This great location is not to be missed...While staying at the Stuart Splash, you will truly be just minutes from anywhere in Stuart and very accessible to the entire Treasure Coast!
