Situé sur une route calme et fermée idéalement située à l'ouest de la célèbre California Highway One, cette retraite confortable est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, un week-end avec des amis ou une escapade romantique.
Un beau huit mile en voiture du village historique de Mendocino, c'est la base idéale pour la dégustation de vins, peignage de plage, kayak, randonnée, vélo ou shopping. Se détendre simplement, c'est bien aussi, et vous trouverez le cadre paisible et l'air marin parfait pour siroter un vin local sur le vaste porche, tremper dans le bain à remous privé ou lire ce livre pour lequel vous avez essayé de trouver du temps. Offrez-vous les nombreux bons restaurants locaux, ou restez et créez votre propre repas gastronomique dans la cuisine entièrement équipée.
Chacune des trois chambres est dotée de nouveaux lits queen-size de luxe à plateau-coussin. We (four people and a dog) stayed in this home for 3 nights and would absolutely stay again! There was plenty of room for everyone, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with appliances, etc that you’d need, close proximity to exploring Mendocino & Fort Bragg and incredible views.

This location exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well set up (three sizes of cast-iron skillets--heaven!), the view was perfect, and we had four folks on a writing retreat with plenty of space to meet all together or work separately. And stargazing in the hot tub at night with the waves crashing in the distance was just a delight. Great stay!

Cute house with everything we needed for our stay! Very nice and peaceful location in the gated community. The only thing need to mention is that tap water had some residues ( probably iron as it had orange shade) but we are glad that house had several gallons of purified water from the grocery store so we could use it for drinking and cooking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront home near Mendocino. The house was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing coastal getaway. You can’t beat the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the ocean. It truly made our visit to Mendocino special.Markey was an incredible host — responsive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. What stood out most was her generosity in returning a piece of jewelry my wife had accidentally left behind. We had a lovely long stay here with some family and friends joining us for shorter spells. Everyone remarked on how comfortable and well equipped the house was, and we all fell in love with the views from the house and deck. The location is great, and you'll be relaxed in nothing flat!

Our favorite feature of this vacation home is how utterly relaxing it is. Even when we visit with all intentions to accomplish work away from work, the relaxation gene kicks in unexpectedly, and all tensions or stress from our work-a-day life melt away.
