Enjoy the entire home and outdoor space, including a private fire pit, BBQ, fenced yard, covered patio, comfortable living areas, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. With room for up to 6 guests, it’s a great home base for families, couples and friends exploring the Verde Valley.

Spend your days hiking and sightseeing in Sedona, exploring Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome, visiting local wineries or riding the Verde Canyon Railroad. When the day is over, return to the Chill Pad for an evening around the fire pit and a comfortable place to recharge.

Excellent place to stay!

We were in town for a wine tasting tour and this property/location was perfect for the quick weekend away. The host was super friendly and responded to questions quickly. I’d definitely choose this property again if we make our way back to Cottonwood.

The family did the Verde Valley Santa Village Train -- close to the Depot, and enough beds for everyone for a good nights sleep and breakfast.

House was very clean and very cute and colorful. Had to start the pellet stove for heat which was loaded and ready to go, just had to turn the start button on, plenty of space heaters for each room which heated the place up quickly before the heating system could. We stayed when we went up to ride the Verde Canyon Railroad. Loved the water dispenser with hot and cold water! Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint in Cottonwood

Very clean, very quaint! We enjoyed hanging out on the porch for a cool evening. We would definitely stay there again hopefully for more nights and I Would recommend the house to others.

Cute and clean cottonwood house

Super cute little house for a cottonwood getaway. Very clean and has everything we needed. Took a while to find the glasses, which were in the lazy Susan. Beds were comfy and we loved the fire pit under the stars.

Perfect overnight stay

My sisters and I enjoyed our over night stay. This was a perfect stay after we rode the Verde Canyon Railroad and the next day we left to Jerome. Nice and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were a nice size. The bedroom with the twin size beds was fine. I would stay again.We

Great location, house and very clean. The host was very responsive. Wish it had a few more basics like a microwave and water glasses. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay.

Highly Recommend!

The property was very, very clean and comfortable. Nice deck area to relax outside. Easy check in. Looks just like the pictures, colorful and fun. About 25 minutes to great hiking near Sedona. Cottonwood is a nice little town with some wonderful restaurants. Will definitely stay here again and can recommend to anyone looking!

A Nice Place to Stay

The house was fine. There was a problem with the heat but we worked it out and owner adjusted the cost. A few extra quilts for the beds would be nice and the electrical outlet problem needs to be resolved but it was a decent price and as pictured.
