Large kitchen, living room w/fire place, dining area, laundry room, screened in porch, large backyard, & private driveway. 1 mile to historic Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants, bars, music, local wineries and tasting rooms, & unique shops. 25 min to Sedona, 15 min to Jerome. 1 mile to wine tasting rooms. Close to Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, & Blazin M Ranch. No parties or pets. No 3rd party bookings permitted.

Dead Horse Ranch

Great trip with family who were staying at Dead Horse Ranch State Park. VRBO was very close to park and other great attractions!

5 Star Venue!

I have frequently used the VRBO platform for travel both in and out the US and in my opinion this venue was top notch
spacious, well appointed, and super clean
easy access and comfortable beds
lovely sun room and also outdoor area with grill

Great stay

Clean property with a host that was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the area. It is very centralized to cottonwood.

Wonderful stay

My friends and I can’t stop talking about how great our stay was. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Amenities were perfect. The owners were so helpful and kind. The location is great, so close to Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. We would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the property very much. Dressers would have been nice but we managed. A mirror in the bedroom with two beds would be nice also. You have a beautiful place - would definitely stay again.

Cottonwood Stay 10 out of 10!

What a great place to stay for the week with our family in Cottonwood! The home is immaculate and clean with a back porch and outside area for great family fun! The kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. Such a delight to stay in a place that seriously thinks about what guests really need! We would highly recommend staying here! The communication with the host was superb and we had such a great stay and created many memories to last a lifetime!

Great Location!!!!

Super clean home within a mile from downtown & shopping. Located off the main drag with quick access to Jerome and surrounding communities. The boys loved the candy and popsicles in the kitchen - was a nice treat! Great for families.

Cottonwood Fun!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was there! The fire places in and out were a great touch. Pleanty of great restaurants and the area itself, has so much history and things to see and do! Don't miss Jerome it's a fun place!

Huge house close to Downtown.

This house is beautiful and spotless. Has lots to offer and the host was great. Very close to Downtown Cottonwood for shopping, wine tasting and yummy food. Easily accommodated our party of 5. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful stay in Cottonwood

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Cottonwood. The property was spotless when we arrived. Very spacious living area and kitchen, and comfortable bed!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to all of Old Town and area attractions. Communication and check in were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!! Stay in Cottonwood

Lovely property with owners who were very easy to communicate with. Home was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Close to many restaurants and the grocery. Not far from many famous sites in Sedona but far enough to be away from the crowds. Will absolutely stay here again if we return.

Comfy & Cozy

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It provided plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Great location as the start and ending point if you want to head to Jerome & Sedona. Lots of wineries and restaurants in the Cottonwood area. The check-in & out process was super easy and the communication with the host was exceptional.

Did not disappoint!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The house was very clean and roomy. The screened in porch was delightful, I wish I had some down time at the house to enjoy it more. The rooms were perfect with a tv in each one. The beds were on the firmer side, which worked well for me, but my companion prefers a softer bed. She travels with a bed cover for this reason, so it worked out. The location to downtown Cottonwood and the wineries was great as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely pick this location again.

It was a delightful 4 day stay!!! Great location. Plenty of parking space. Quite area. Close to multiple grocery stores and local activity sites. Many spectacular downtown specialty shops.Kitchen; Ample dishes, pots & pans, utensils, detergents, baggies, trash bags, large refrigerator & ice maker Bathrooms; plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, shower, toilet & sinks all in working orderBedrooms; comfortable beds, plenty of bedding, ceiling fans, large closet space Beautifully decorated rooms, wasn't home long enough to enjoy the spacious living & dining room, indoor & outdoor patios. Easy to control thermostat, front door button electronic lock code (a bit touchy) however a backup key is provided. The hostess was very friendly, accommodating, easy to contact, and responded quickly. I highly recommend this extremely clean charming cottage in Cottonwood, AZ If ever returning to the area, I would most definitely reserve again!!
