Cottage Meublé dans historique Silver City

Le Carriage House Cottage est niché derriÚre l'Abraham House David, l'une des principales maisons historiques de Silver City, détenue par Jim & Tricia Reynolds. Le Carriage House a été construite autour de 1917 et était en effet à l'origine une maison de transport avec les quartiers des domestiques attachés. Carriage House Cottage a été rénové en 2000 comme maison de retraite et est meublé avec des antiquités et des souvenirs de famille peut. Certains éléments de la maison d'origine du chariot sont encore en évidence, à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison.

Le Cottage est Ă  la fois confortable et fonctionnel. Les clients se sentent comme Ă  la maison Ă  partir du moment oĂč ils entrent dans la maison. Cette location de vacances accueillant se trouve dans un quartier tranquille et reposant d'une partie historique de Silver City.

Le chalet a son propre patio avec un parking juste en face d'elle. CÎté de la maison est un verger de fruits et bien comme une treille. Pour l'intimité de la partie arriÚre de la propriété est entourée par un mur de briques.

Il est situé à une courte distance de marche du centre-ville historique de Silver City avec tous ses «magasins d'antiquités uniques, galeries d'art, restaurants et boutiques.

The CHC is a delightful place to stay. It is simultaneously warm and cozy, and open and bright. Tricia clearly does a lot in adding the personal touches to make CHC feel like home. It is very clean and welcoming.

First of all, let me make a point. I was under the impression that the picture of this cottage was a street view. It is not. You cannot see the cottage from the street. But if you follow the very basic simple directions from the host, you’ll find your destination easily. That being said, this cottage is absolutely adorable! Meticulously decorated, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you would want in the way of pots and pans and appliances. It has a separate dining room and a separate living room and one of the largest bedrooms I’ve ever seen in the B&B. The cottage is gated off so both you and your vehicle are very safe And, it has a hot tub! The bed was very comfortable. And yes, it has both tub with a shower in it. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is in a neighborhood, but it was so quiet. You would’ve thought you were out on the Mesa. Also, for those little feeble everything is flat. There are no steps no ups and downs very nice. as a little bonus, the refrigerator actually has a icemaker. This is really nice if you want to top off your cooler before you leave. When we decide to go back to Silver city we won’t try looking for something new we will come back to this cottage. This is our little home away from home from now on. I can’t say enough about this place.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Silver City at Tricia’s Carriage House Cottage. The cottage is well appointed with everything you need for a quiet, relaxing stay. It is close to everything in downtown Silver City. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and galleries.

Property is very clean and is in walking distance to downtown area. Our host was friendly and accommodating! Property is nicely furnished and comfortable. Neighborhood was fun to walk with my dog as there were so many 19th century homes to marvel at. We would definitely like to come back!

The cottage was great. The location is close to historic downtown area. It was very quiet and the furniture was comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but appreciated that it was there if we wanted to use it.The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking.Check in and check out was easy and straight forward.

The cottage was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen ware. It is located within about 4 blocks of the historic section of Silver City and is an easy walk to that area and its restaurants attractions. We used the air conditioning unit in the bedroom and didn't find a need to use the one in the living areas. With the fans in each room, we found it quite comfortable. The host responds rapidly to questions and any requests and was very friendly. We also found the notes placed by the host regarding operations, check-out procedure to be quite helpful. The area around the cottage is quiet making it a nice place to stay. Use a bit of caution if you are using Google Maps to find the property. For some reason, the property pictured in Google Maps is actually across the street from the location of the main house and cottage.

Excellent vacation rental! Very comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. Lovely patio for coffee in the morning. Wish we could have used the hot tub but it was too hot during our stay. The location is ideal - minutes to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

What can you say about a perfect vacation home. This was our first time in a VRBO unit.We were very leary, but pleased. Open the lovely door, keys were there on table. Everything is as exactly as seen in photos and statements. Nothing less, but lots more intangibles such as beautiful flowers, plants & art plus host.

Cool cottage

My friend and i stayed here to ride our motorcycles around the area. The cottage was clean, neat and the beds were really comfortable. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Would stay here again. Hosts were nice and friendly.

Wonderful vacation cottage

Wonderful place to stay. This was my first visit to Silver City. My 84 yr old mother was with me. Carriage House Cottage was the perfect accommodation for us. We loved sitting outside on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub at night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a cute house. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub does not have privacy and seclusion. Otherwise it was worth the stay and the price.

My name is Tricia Reynolds and together with my husband Jim and our three children we live in a historic old home in Silver City, NM. This home, the David Abraham House,has been in Jim's family since 1962. I have always had a gift for hospitality and love having people stay and meeting new people. When Carriage House Cottage was no longer needed by my husband's father, we decided to turn it into a vacation rental - and I found my vocation. Having traveled a lot, I am able to relate on many levels with most of our guests. We are friendly and caring to our guests, and go out of our way to make your stay with us a memorable one.

We inherited the home we live in and Carriage House Cottage (formerly a carriage house) came with the property. Having said that, we choose to live in the older, historic part of Silver City because we love the location and would have chosen a property here had \we been in the market.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is quiet and peaceful here and fairly secluded. It is also a convenient distance to where the 'action' is in downtown Silver City. Most guest park their vehicles and walk most places. We enjoy walking in this neighborhood and seeing the older, historic homes that predominate the area.
