Nestled in Silver City, this delightful house boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. With amenities like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas fireplace, AC, WiFi, and a jetted bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The marvelous property is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Just a short walk to down town's restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Located on the Tour of the Gila Downtown bike race course. Silver City Food Coop located next door, as well as Mick's 33 Speakeasy. Enjoy all that Silver City has to offer when you stay at our place.

Amy’s place was great. Very modern and clean. It was very well stocked and great to have a washer and dryer right in the house. It’s a perfect location right next to the co-op. The heated floor felt so nice in the chilly New Mexico mornings. Amy was a great communicator, easy to get ahold of and responsive. Overall great place! Can’t recommend it enough!

This was one of the best stocked and useable kitchens of any VRBO we've stayed in! Really great! And the location right around the corner from a food coop was so convenient. The rental was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the extra space upstairs adjacent to the master bedroom (for morning yoga).We had difficulty using the bathtub but the owner was very responsive and I believe will be supplying instructions to subsequent renters.

Blues Festival and Hiking

Beautifully remodeled home. You are in walking distance to historic downtown Silver City where you find some great restaurants. The Western New Mexico University campus is also just a stroll up the block. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable House in a Great Location!

We stayed at this house for the Tour of Gila bike race and it was perfect! Location couldn't have been better with the proximity to the start line on a couple days, packet pickup was right around the corner, and then we had a front row seat for the crit racing on Saturday. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax. Will stay here again if we come back!

Amy was fantastic! Great communication before, during and after our stay. The property was lovely, very clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was amply stocked with all necessities and amenities to cook family meals, TVs for our viewing pleasure and just a pleasant environment. It was conveniently located just three minutes from WNMU which was the reason for our trip
to see our grandson off as he starts his college experience and the next chapter of his life. Many thanks for a wonderful visit.

This home is one of the most beautiful remodels that I have stayed in. Amy has refurnished and remodeled it with high quality products. There’s a tankless water heater for instant and unlimited hot water, Moen faucets, a beautiful gas cooktop, gorgeous glass back splashes, granite, and plaster walls. The beds are very comfortable,the air conditioning worked great and there are plenty of TV’s to watch. Amy has a lot of very nice amenities such as spices for cooking, cookware, and condiments in the fridge. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all that Silver City has to offer!

Great getaway with exceptional hostThis Silver City property has had a full remodel but it’s the host, Amy’s, touches that make this a standout. She has a true knack for decorating (bar cart with accoutrements, throws, artwork) and provisioning with guests in mind (side tables for each seat in the living room, high-end appliances, nice bedding and towels, lots of different soaps and lotions.) If you miss the way vacation rentals used to be pre-COVID, you'll enjoy your time in this home. Amy also accommodated my husband’s request for a drip coffeemaker - - much appreciated. The mini-split in the ground floor bedroom maintained a comfortable temperature for us.A disappointment was that after a long drive from the PNW, the jetted tub wasn’t working and it’s a high-tech tub that seems like it would’ve been just the ticket for these ol’ bones! I have no doubt Amy will remedy this in the near future.Amy also mentioned that they're working on the backyard landscaping and that'll be icing on the cake.The space felt comfortable and secure. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We recommend.
