Perfect location, beautiful open space!

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back! Alex, was very prompt with responses and the unit was spotless and had everything we needed. 1 min walk to restaurants and 2 min walk to the ocean, all great!

Perfect Location

Spacious condo, clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. Communication with owner was very good, and parking was easy. (one car) Walk to the beach and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated, close proximity and walking distance to great restaurants, beaches and shopping. The loft was clean, equipt with everything you could need - even an umbrella if it happens to rain!

The property manager was extremely friendly and responsive. The house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee shop and cute Italian restaurant within walking distance.

Very relaxing stay

This place was awesome, and very relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Gold’s Gym. The kitchen was really nice. Was able to store and cook all my food on my diet with ease. Only complaint is if you do go workout at muscle beach or Gold’s be conscientious of going hard on leg day. Does make the stairs a little challenging 😅 other than that definitely recommend staying here!

This place is very comfortable and well cared-for. Host very communicative. Plenty of room for two with well equipped kitchen. Lots of stairs, but manageable. Bathroom is on main floor. Loft space is just for sleeping

We’ll be back!

Great place in Venice. Alex was very helpful regarding our check in/out times and worked to make it as convenient as possible. The apartment is lovely and quiet. It is an easy walk to the beach or Abbott Kinney. Lots to do around this location but the apartment feels like you are tucked away from the busyness. We’ll be back!

Incredible Location, incredible host!

I had a wonderful time at this Beach Loft! The loft was filled with natural light and had high ceilings that made it feel spacious. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the boardwalk and Abbott Kinney. One of the unique things about this place was the presence of owls in the trees outside the loft. It was a treat to see them come out after sunset. The cozy fireplace added a nice touch to the ambiance. The host was great, and having a dedicated parking spot was convenient. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Nice

Bright. Nice architecture. Comfortable. Owner very responsive. Listing indicates a garage but it’s a 3 point turn into a carport. To have a dedicated spot was worth the nightly rate. You’re not to wear shoes. Bring slippers. My feet were black. Great unit if you’re in your 30’s. I’m late 50’s. The 3 flights of stairs was a bit much especially in the middle of the night to go downstairs to the bathroom. 3’x 3’ Sky light over the bed. Nice soft daylight awakening. Don’t plan on sleeping in. Overall a great stay. Would be a blast for a young couple.
